Every time I visit Seaside, I always go to Seaside Style. The bad thing is that every time I go there I buy something. The good thing is EVERYTHING I buy there I love so I get my money’s worth! Go. Shop. Buy and have fun!

I'm not into name brand clothing, ect and this was my first time in Seaside Beach, Florida. It's a pretty hyped up store because it is Seaside. They have nice clothing and hats, some beachwear cover-ups, household items, etc. It was very busy with a line outside just to enter the store. I did purchase some soft Seaside plastic cups and a pretty powder blue Seaside hat. Most products are very pricey there. It's all about the "Seaside" logo!In general it is a very busy area for a beach town. Not my "cup of tea."

Bought the kids rash guards and within a few weeks all of the seams are falling apart. $60 for a rash guard is Ritz Carlton prices but those actually last. This place only hires condescending people. My wife saw a Seaside reusable shopping bag and asked if she could have one and the cashier replied “you have to have a certain amount of spend”. Cool….we spent $600 across all the different stores, as they have kids separated from adults etc. so I guess just buying a sweatshirt here means nothing but whatever. At the end of the day, it’s Seaside, FL not Paris, FR.

I wasn’t sure when they closed or opened. I stood at the window while the employees on the inside just ignored me, then I knocked, but with a rude attitude pointed to the small open and closed sign. I realize, duh, I should have seen the sign, but they didn’t have to be rude! The owners need to work on customer service training. I felt uncared for.

Purchased 50 dollar shorts and didn’t notice the stains on the bottom and the worker who checked me out did not point them out either. The shorts were too small and I went to return them and another worker said they don’t sell clothes in that condition (stains) in a stuck up tone as well as if suggesting I lied about having not worn them. Huge waste of money

I did an online order and MARTHA helped me tremendously!! I had to call several times bc I keep enhancing my order and shipping details . She fixed each and every concern with such professionalism and compassion. What a great experience. Thank you so SO much .!!! MARTHA MARTHA MARTHA !!!!did it again .. took care of my Memorial Day purchase even with phone and internet cutting out . She deserves kuddos and a raise!!!

I am only giving a star because none was not an option. And looking at the reviews I see the the general opinion is consistent with the lack of customer care and condescending attitude. We’ve been coming to Seaside for so long, so we simply love the place. Getting swag with Seaside logo just makes it for even better memories. But this time, after staying in line to get into the store and in another looong line to pay, when there was my turn to check out, these two so called “ladies” just cut the line with an attitude stating there are two registers. Everyone was coming from one big line, but they decided they are better. The cashier literally disregarded me standing there and patiently waiting for my turn just to laugh with the others two and make fun of all these people staying in one line. She didn’t even look my way or apologized, she ridiculed more than 30 people in the line to serve the two deciding the line was not for them.It was such a humiliating experience to be laughed at for being respectful. I guess this is the “style” of the store. Very disrespectful experience all together.

Purchased an expensive sweatshirt (didn’t check price before purchasing …big mistake) onlyTo arrive back home to wash prior to wearing and end up with a faded logo.Called and email my concerns and received a less than adequate response from Store Manager Brenda. Jason (or justin or whoever he was) was the go between and his “ you need to bring it in for us to see, thats the nature if the store” Was very condescending since most of their customers live too far away to drive there for a return. All Brenda had to do was act like a manager and expedite a return label and send me a new top. Purchased on a Friday. Washed on Sunday and the label faded.118.00!! Think twice before going there due to poor customer service and very overpriced product. One gentle cycle and its looks used and faded.

Accidentally went in right before closing not knowing what time they close with a melon mojito in hand, & everybody was very nice, laid back, talking & laughing. Bought some cheap but cute final sale sweatpants. My mojito literally costed the same as the sweatpants. I saw some $74 linen shorts, but they only went up to an XL, so I figured they most likely wouldn't fit properly as I'm usually a 2X or XXL in bottoms that have no give to them. The sweatpants were stretchier & over sized in their fit/style, so thankfully I was able to fit into an XL. They do not have any true plus sizes that I saw anywhere, but I just needed to get out of my damp sandy short shorts before chaffing set in, so I was very glad that they had soft comfy stretchy sweat pants in stock & on sale. Even went back the next day to peruse further, but didn't really find anything else, so left empty handed on my 2nd visit, but they were just as laid back & gracious regardless.

This is where they sell all the seaside swag you see people wearing. I’ll say this. If you want to get anything, come wait 30 minutes before the store opens and be quick. Otherwise you will be waiting to get inside and then waiting again to pay for around an hour. It is VERY expensive here. Everything is a seaside branded version of a designer product. Great quality, fun souvenirs, just know what to expect before you walk in.

I have been coming to seaside for a long time and wanted to stop by to purchase some new sweatshirts.That is until we were dealt with the rudest employee.She was a middle aged or older woman working in the back left corner of the store.Every time I tried to pick up a item she stared me down and immediately yelled “thats a large.xl is below here.thats not the xl size” just so rude and wouldn’t stop staring at me and readjusting every time I tried to pull an item out neatly to look at it. To the point I just looked at my husband and said “nevermind I cant shop without being stared down and harassed” it was so uncomfortable and rude and just ruined my entire shopping day.
