I reached out two separate times about a consult for hair extensions and they read the messages and never responded. I even tried calling as well. I was looking forward to getting their services but that's just pathetic. I do not recommend them.

Hubby & I both love our hair appointments with Daven. She’s attentive, remembers what we like, super sweet and amazing at what she does. The Grove salon is top notch and we’re very happy with all the services we’ve had here with Daven.

Got a haircut and beard trim today. Was highly impressed. I called and they was able to work me in. Everyone was friendly. My stylist Daven was awesome. I certainly recommend her and/or the other girls there!

I’m not one to post bad reviews but I’m very disappointed with the service I was provided. This was my first time scheduling an appointment at the Grove Salon in SRB. My initial hair appointment was cancelled the day of my scheduled time and then I was called back last minute advising me someone else was going to take care of me. I got my hair done by Amy, and my hair had fallen out during the process. I paid $421 for my hair services and when I reached out to Amy to advise her how much my hair was now damaged and thinned out, how much my hair continued to fall out. I was told my hair was already damaged. I dislike my hair so much, I now want to cut my hair to even it out from the loss of my hair.Most times we get our hair done to feel better and more confident about ourselves. Unfortunately now because of how damaged my hair is I feel the complete opposite. Respectfully I don’t think I would ever come back here. The price I paid is way over the top and my hair is completely damaged now.Before (wearing maroon)After (blue sport bra)

One of the rudest owners I have ever met. Constantly hiring people, seems she can’t keep a consistent staff/clientele due to her horrible attitude she is constantly needing staff for her business which shows it is her who should seek counseling for her horrible behavior and how she treats others I personally heard her talk horrible of even her own clients she needs the most help inside and out of work
