Super nice people. Took nail out and plugged my tire. Brought the car out and said have a nice day. I asked for total and they wouldn't take any money. There is still hope in humanity . ?

Took my newly acquired, used MB vehicle here for an oil change, tire pressure monitor light check and key battery check. They performed a more detailed check than requested and found 3 other items to be repaired which I unfortunately authorized. Went back to the dealer from whom vehicle was purchased and they said the 3 items were not required and would not reimburse me. Meanwhile my tire pressure monitor light and key battery light remained open issues. Took quite a bit of follow up to ascertain status of repair and when I would get my vehicle back. Did not feel like the experience I get at the dealership.

I brought my ford explorer in which needed a new computer. It was previously at another shop for three weeks and that other shop gave up and told me to take it to the Ford dealer. It sat at the dealer another three weeks and the dealer themselves could not fix it! They cleared codes and sent me home. I finally took it up to sport motoring and these incredible people put sincere time and knowledge into the problem. They dedicated themselves and brought on senior techs, traced each individual wire, and resolved the problem! Not only this, though, all of the individuals who work at this shop are genuine. They are truly kind people that care about their customers and the customer experience they offer. They are honest and diligent, as well. It is so difficult to find a shop that is trustworthy and also willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I sincerely appreciate you all and if I ever have any mechanical needs I will be back. In fact, I recommend not wasting your time with any other shop in this county OR bay county. These people know what they’re doing and they care! Thanks yall - Frank
