Just moved to the area and these are the best nails I’ve ever gotten at a salon. They were so kind and gave amazing service. I will not be going to any other salon after this!!

Stay away from this place, i got my nails chopped for $50! If you don’t know how to do a pedicure, do not offer this service! This is ridiculous, I wasted an hour to get this result, short nails does not mean to chop them so short, and no cuticles were cut! I am shocked honestly. Show this to your employee so she knows how a pedicure should look.

I have experienced many nail salons over the years with the last 3 as a loyal client at Sandy Nails. They are the best on many levels. The owners, Nick and Jenny are genuinely the sweetest people. They are carrying on the same level of excellence service as his parents provided for years. They greet me with a smile and a hug every appointment. The salon is always clean, the staff is kind, friendly and professional. My nails are perfect every time! I had an issue with thin toenails and Jenny recommended I switch from gel polish to regular. It has improved the strength of my nails. I will never use a different salon! Go, and let them treat you special like they do me!

I tried to reach out to Sandy Nails via their “website” on Facebook messenger. I waited over a week to allow them to respond. No response received. So I am posting on Google to save others the same experience. If you go, make sure you know exactly what is included in the service you are receiving. Please see my message sent to them below:
Hi. I came in yesterday (3/15) to my 1pm appointment to get a manicure with tips and dip. I’ve been in multiple times before but usually for a pedicure. I was surprised to find out that with a $60 manicure my cuticles nor my actual nails were not included with this price. I received a beautiful set of nails that don’t look as good with my ripped up cuticles. The tips were put on top of my nails without them being trimmed either. Even though they were short I felt that should be standard practice to trim the nail before adding tips. I just wanted to provide some feedback as I always enjoy coming to your business. Nick was great but I was told that I need to request my cuticles to be addressed beforehand. I really want to love my new set of nails but all I can see are my flaking cuticles. I spent $80 with tip, so I’m a little disappointed I didn’t get everything that I feel should be standard with a manicure. Thank you.
Update: Due to owners response… So you are confirming that a manicure does not include cuticles or nails to be trimmed? I was charged $60 for an appointment I made on 3/15 to have a manicure with tips and dip. You are denying I came in? I can show you my receipt. It seems in every negative review you defend or deny the customers claim. Customer beware- be very specific with your needs because a manicure in any other world includes cuticles and nails to be trimmed. Your response is ridiculous.
Update: my appointment was for a manicure, tips and dip. Your response is unprofessional saying I should have asked for a manicure when that is literally what my appointment was made for. You are just denying that you did me wrong. You should not book appointments so close to each other if you can’t finish what the client booked. And to rush me out without finishing my manicure that I requested because your next appointment was waiting is wrong. I’m not complaining about the price. I’m complaining that I booked a manicure in which you did not give me. Looks like all your responses are never taking responsibility regarding the customers complaint. I guess your business is never in the wrong. SMH

The best nail salon I have found in Santa Rosa Beach! Jenny Is kind and does the greatest job! Her nail art is beautiful, and her attention to detail is unsurpassed. The salon is clean and beautiful, and I love it here!

My nails are amazing I’m so impressed with how they turned out. They’re perfect for the summertime and Easter. They’re so friendly there and I feel so welcome. I felt very comfortable asking to change a few things that were very minor and it was no problem.

Ive been going to sandy nails for a few years now and it’s the best salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried salons in Miramar beach, Santa Rosa beach and all along 30A and they are by far the best, most consistent salon. “Dat” gives the best pedicures and Jenny is always so sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend!! - Kwynn R xo
