we went in for a tour after trying for weeks, we were barely greeted at a locked gate (staff showed up to our meeting late), then after we parked and waited for someone to show us around we noticed no one was coming. all the staff went to their shed to work on golf carts and get ready for their event that night. we got one “y’all have any questions?” and we asked about pricing and got “its on the website”. the staff was rude, the space was plain and unappealing. don’t waste your money.

Very natural, remote trail. This is not a paved walking path and may be difficult for those with disabilities to navigate. Great opportunity to get up close and personsal with Florida nature. The terrain is very level, but some tracks have deep tire ruts filled with water that could be a challenge for the less nimble.

The venue is nice enough but the evening we were there it had rained a lot earlier in the day and the parking area was a slop pen. If they want to hold upscale events they need to have adequate parking.

If you’re planning the wedding of your dreams and want a DISASTER themed wedding, then look no further than Point Washington Preserve. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my best friend showed up the day before her wedding to find the beautiful entrance of trees completely demolished. They even added beautiful touches of tractors, huge mud ruts, construction equipment and heaping piles of cut down forest for that added “wow” effect. Their dedication to providing a Hurricane Michael aftermath affect to an area that was unaffected by the disaster was truly astounding. They even did this as a complete surprise to the bride and her family for that extra spark of generosity. They should consider offering FEMA trailers and Red Cross tents as an add on package to their pricing to truly amplify the hard work they put into wrecking this venue for future brides.
*edit* thankfully the owners responded in the most disgraceful way, as what could only be expected. THANK GOODNESS we can look at the website to see pictures of a beautiful venue where they casually FORGOT to put the newly updated disaster zone on their website. These people are truly TRASH.

Beautiful, private location surrounded by state forest that is perfect for special events of any kind! There is a huge covered pavilion and plenty of parking for guests. If you are looking to stay overnight, there is a cozy cottage located on-site. Overall, it is a gorgeous site and an excellent venue for the wedding of your dreams!!

This venue is absolutely needed in South Walton! What a peaceful, quiet, serene location tucked away deep in the forest just a few miles from both the bay and the beach. 12 minutes from Sandestin, 25 from Panama City Beach and it just has the easiest access from US Hwy 331 coming into the beaches of the Emerald Coast and US Hwy 98. If you need a pavilion venue that can hold over 350 people and you would benefit from onsite accommodations and like NO ISSUE with parking.. this is the place! I am proud to have been involved in the start-up of this amazing and beautiful venue.. I am very proud of it and it was like my baby.
