Great service, great price, and great information before the rental. We got there a little early and were able to start our rental early. We used every minute! It was the highlight of our trip. We rented four bike for half the day and racked up almost 17 miles on 30a! We will definitely be renting from Pedego 30a again. Thanks guys!

Really bad customer service. Tried to rent two electric bikes with kids seats and they were extremely unclear about what they had available and just generally unhelpful.

Highly recommend getting your bike here. This bike was a life saver for a bad knee. Problem was I left everyone else in the dust on regular bikes?

The folks here are really nice, knowledgeable, and communicative. We rented e-bikes for our entire trip down to the beach and they made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and safe. I would recommend renting from them and will do so again in the future

Great small business. This is the fourth year in a row we have patronize this establishment. Bikes were great. We had a blast as usual. This time our staff was not the owner and not very friendly we noticed right off. As we returned our bikes two hours early because of the heat not them They couldn’t get us out of the store fast enough. We were interrupted and told we were good to go. I’m a Business owner myself and would not like my return customers treated like that. Good help is hard to find.

My partner and I went in knowing little about electric bikes. From the moment we walked in, Jason greeted us with a smile telling us all about the different types of bikes, their styles, and components.
But it didn't stop there. He then took us out back and let us try each model so we can get a better feel for the bikes and ultimately find the one that works best for us.
Jason went above and beyond to answer our questions, provide top-notch customer service, while keeping it fun and having a great time.
The 5-year warranty is a no-brainer and provides great piece of mind ?
I definitely recommend giving Jason a visit for all your electric bike questions and purchases.

My wife and I booked a 4 hour rental to do a quick day ride. An amazing experience is all I have to say. Nothing short of professional and we had a great ride after a short tutorial of the bikes rented. We plan on coming can soon.
