Absolutely amazing to work with. They are kind, courteous and treat you like a friend. They understand how important these compounding prescriptions are and treat it as such! Always on time (even next day!) and willing to answer any and all questions. I recommend them to anyone and they are the only place I trust with my son’s prescription. Thank you for being so awesome!

I have to say that your customer service is amazing. I truly appreciate there being yet another place I can go to for product that I need for my health care that is a NO hassle, easy thing to deal with. I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and kind. They have always gone above and beyond to get my script filled. Even if I have to opt to have the script mailed to me (it has to be kept cold) it arrives in perfect condition. I am very so appreciative of all of their hard work and dedication to their clients.

Mack Bayou Pharmacy makes you feel welcomed! Other compounding pharmacies in the area told me it would take days to fill my medication but Mack Bayou did it in hours! The team and friendly and personable. Best pharmacy in this area!

After arriving in FL I realized I did not have my compounded meds. 1.5 hours after a brief conversation with Amy, Mack Bayou Compounding Pharmacy had a new prescription filled for me. I have used compounding pharmacies for over 20 years and I have NEVER had that prompt service. You guys are truly second to none. Thank you.

The BEST compounding pharmacy in this area! The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They are the only compounding pharmacy in this area that will file with your health insurance provider, too. They worked with my provider to get me the compounding materials that would be covered under my insurance, drastically decreasing the amount I would have to pay every month. Their re-fill ordering and pick-up after-hours are stress-free and very convenient. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
