Sammy, the owner really cares about helping others. You get a feeling like it's not just good business to him, but a way of life. He came to me when my car wouldn't start and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. He didn't "find" expensive problems like some mechanics will do. He's Great!

Sammy is my hero! I was heading back to Atlanta on a stormy Florida day. A screw in my tire delayed my departure. I tried Goodyear. Goodyear gave me Sammy's contact information as they were extremely busy and couldn't get me in. Sammy got me into his shop and fixed the leak right away. He was so pleasant, did the job and got me on my way in no time. Thank you Sammy!!!

I had a tire light come on and I pulled over at a gas station to fill up with air. Sammy went out of his way to come over and help me and had me come stop by the shop. He filled up all 4 of my tires and also double checked I didn’t have any leaks. He was such a huge help and did it out of the kindness in his heart- wouldn’t even take any cash! I am definitely going to see him for my next oil change.

On a family vacation, we discovered our minivan was leaking oil. I didn't feel comfortable driving it home without getting it looked over. No shop we called could make time for us. Most wouldn't answer the phone or would leave us on hold for ten minutes at a time. But Sam answered the phone right away and saw us that afternoon. He was thorough and honest. I thought the pan had been damaged in an oil change, but he found the problem was something the dealer had to fix due to the nature of the Chrysler-specific part. He found a screw in my tire while he was looking around, too. He removed it and checked the tire for leaks. He helped slow the leak and gave us oil to top the car off for the ride home. He shared stories with us. Thank you, Sam! We will always go to you first when we're in the area.

Sam was great. He diagnosed a problem that he knew much about but unfortunately didn't have the tool to fix the job. He spent quite a bit of time with us and didn't charge us a penny. He also referred us to a facility in Destin that was capable of doing this large job. Sam is very personable and ethical. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him and appreciated what he did for us.

My Mother's car was in a parking garage, not starting and all locked up....the key and wheel wouldn't turn and we couldn't get it in neutral to get it out of the garage. No tow company wanted to take this job on, so, I thought about Sammy. We had met his wife several months ago and chatted about their business. I called Sammy and explained our situation. He was heading to the airport, but said he would like to swing by and take a look at the car....on the way to the airport....on his day off! After trying a few things, Sammy started working on the gear shifter cable and told us that my Mother hadn't gotten the car all the way into park before she turned off the ignition. He worked on it until he was able to get it back in the park position and then the key was able to turn and it started! We couldn't believe it, and were then able to drive it to the dealership for some other work. A hopeless situation solved by Sammy, who was kind enough to "swing" by on his way to the airport. That is the kind of guy he is and we are so grateful! We highly recommend Sammy and Lewis Mobile Automotive!
