I went in yesterday to shop for an upcoming trip. I am a local in my mid 20s and the lady, who I believe was the owner, made me speechless with how RUDE she was. I wouldn’t be surprised if she goes out of business since she keeps turning customers away based off their appearance, (I was in a shirt and tennis skirt). I will never ever ever spend a penny in here because the customer service is AWFUL! I highly suggest going to Soho next door where the workers are kind and helpful!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. There were 2 older ladies working when I came in. One was pleasant (I think she was the owner) and the other was insanely RUDE. They have wonderful clothes and I actually would've bought a couple things I had my eye on but because of how rude the other lady was I didn't want to give them any business. How hard is it to be nice to potential paying customers! We help pay your salary so I think it'd be wise to be friendly and have adequate customer service skills. Will never return and definitely won't recommend. Don't walk in the store. Snooty ladies.

We are here on spring break and noticed some cute clothes in the window. We walked in and were immediately questioned if we were 18 or older. After we said we were she continued to try and push us out based off our age. We genuinely wanted to buy clothes there. I appreciate that they require vaccinations but because of the clueless business owners we won’t be back. Learn how to make money instead of turning away buying customers.

Store owners quite literally kicked us out because we were 18 and not 50. At first we thought they were joking but they seriously wouldn’t let us stay and shop there unless we had an older person with us. Mind you we are adults and we’re being respectful and actually planning on buying something but we were in there for all of 2 minutes before we were basically shooed out.Overall very weird and confusing experience but we just moved on and shopped elsewhere.

I love Jewel Toffier! I have clothes I bought from Jody 10+ years ago, and I still wear them. They don't shrink or fade or go out of style. The clothes are pricey, but they last and last and last! Who doesn't like that!!

This is one of my favorite Stores when I visit the area. I love the clothes and the owner is great at putting things together. There is a lot of merchandise and not a lot of space so it is nice that she limits how many people can be in the store at one time. I love my cashmere sweater I bought and my beautiful linen tops. And the jogger pants she sells are great!

Shopping at Jewel Toffier was by far the highlight of our 30a trip! How many times do you get to shop with uninterruped attention from the designer herself! They only let a few people in at a time and once you have had the experience you'll understand why.These clothes are made in the USA from the coziest, smoothly divine washable fabrics - you literally never want to take them off. Jodie is a class unto herself - elegant, chic and so much fun! She made my husband feel right at home (there are super soft sofas for the men so we get to shop a little longer :) chatting with him while helping me find just the right pieces. Truly unforgettable. We can't wait to visit again.

This in an incredible experience, but not for everyone. High quality construction, beautiful fabrics, outstanding personalized service and creative, one of a kind clothes. Nancy helped me put together a whole new wardrobe that is so much better fitting and more stylish than anything I could find on a rack anywhere. It was fun! And it wasn’t cheap. You have to be willing to let them work with you. They know their lines and they know women, especially women of a certain age who aren’t well-served by standard fashion trends. The clothes are hip and fun, but well designed to disguise any issues. Most customers are older. These are clothes to keep and to build around; easy care and just beautiful. Be prepared to see yourself in a whole new way!

You’re in Florida and won’t let anyone in that’s not vaccinated!!! Haven’t you seen vaccinations don’t work, so you’re losing business over this stupid rule. Won’t ever be back and hope others feel the same.

FAKE. Her merchandise matches her so called “Florida Law” she throws on people as they walk in the door….FAKE. Educate yourself on the law please. This is your POLICY, not a Florida law. I’m pretty certain you could probably get in trouble by the actual law for this…it’s called discrimination. You are discriminating by refusing business to someone simply based on their vaccination status. Don’t worry, this will be reported. I’m sure you voted for Biden also. Gosh…mandated vaccines…right to choose (but not really)…against discrimination (supposedly)….y’all can’t pick which one platform you want to roll properly with.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This store promotes medical apartheid and segregation. This is America land of free men. China, Soviet Union and North Korea would be happy to have you and your business move there. I recommend all my family and friends and anyone who cares about freedom boycott this place.
