This nail salon is one of the best I have ever been to for a manicure... Very clean and friendly staff.... And the best part my nails do not break or crack! I never have to beg for appointments in between visits to get help with a broken nail because they Never break!

Mai’s family team at Jade combine skills with great hospitality to provide a 5-star mani-pedi-pamper treatment in a comfy modern salon with easy parking and all the amenities. Regular clients are loyal locals (men too!) and service-savvy beach bunnies of all ages. Excellent massage, both chairs and hands-on.

On vacation here in Santa Rosa Florida and my nail broke. When entering Jade Salon I was asked what was I needing. Which was to just get my nail fixed. The owner the woman proceeded to look me up and down and said well it will be a while. As she and the gentleman were attending to pedicures. I then asked how long she again looked me up and down and said oh well it's going to be about 2-3 hours I'm short handed. They only had 2 pedicures they were working on at the moment. So I told her I'll wait not a problem I was in no rush. So then I sit and then she approaches me to ask if I'd like to go to another salon and gave a name. I looked at her and asked do you NOT want to do my nail? And her response was no I just don't want you to wait for too long. I told her I'm fine! The gentleman was nice and wasn't rude at all. But as a business woman myself I would NEVER treat anyone like this it is NOT okay. Side note: I am a "Latina" woman I had a bathing suit hooded cover up and shorts on with slides and a baseball cap. I was dry I had not been to the water yet at all. So if your NOT a local and like being judged this is the place to come to‼I will NEVER be back here again and will file a report to BBB for the owner being raciest.

Dennis really made me feel comfortable and safe in his hands. Very attentive to detail, clean shop, and friendly staff. You know a nail salon is good when their clients have been coming back to them for 20+ years. Great prices. $70 for gel nails and gel pedicure. This is the nail salon I look forward to every year during my vacation. Good job!
