There was a massive loss of Internet across our entire neighborhood--a critical necessity for our business. The Internet provider sent a technician who found that the Internet had been restored to our home but was blocked at our router. We called Innovated and they sent an emergency technician. He worked long and hard to see if our router could be restored. Discovering it could not, he installed a new router and waited to see if all of our network functions were fully operational. We are long time customers of Innovative. They are the absolute best in sales, service, responsiveness, courtesy and follow-up.

Our total experience with Innovative was exceptional. We received a marketing letter from Ryan after we closed on our home. He listened to what we wanted to do, and made recommendations to upgrade the 12 year old system. Luis was our head job technician - he is so patient, kind, and informative. A pleasure to have in our home and work with. A couple of other folks who worked on the project who were also wonderful. Todd in the office is responsive and kept us up to date on timelines. Most importantly, Ryan and Todd were up front with schedules BEFORE we signed a contract, and let us know they were backed up and it would be about 3 months. There were no false promises or surprise costs. I can't say enough good things about this company and our experience.

I love Ryan, Todd and Luis! I would not have anyone else handle my AV work. Luis is awesome and is always there to help me ( I am a AV Dummy and know enough to be dangerous) whenever I need him. He is so patient and kind. Ryan and Todd are top notch and very responsive. Love this Company!
