These guys are amazing! As a 20+ year Santa Rosa Beach resident, I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I love the small town vibe and the personalized attention. The girls are all so personable and kind and they are always willing to go the extra mile to get my family exactly what we need and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! ❤️

Love these guys! They have gone out of their way to help me out on multiple occasions. Pharmacist called me back on Christmas Eve night because my son had spilled his medicine when we were 2 states away and made sure the pharmacy in that area had what we needed. Super friendly and truly care for their customers. This is the local pharmacy experience that I grew up with in my home town 40 years ago. Great place and great employees!

Every single month there is some new issue on why they can fill our medication on time. Even when I call it in 2weeks early just to try and make sure they’ll have the medication when the time comes.

Pharmacists are very helpful, staff is accommodating, and they deliver! We are grateful that they’re our local pharmacy.

I've found the new owner and pharmacist, Amanda, to be compassionate and very helpful. She's helped me save money by working with my doctor to find prescription drugs I can purchase far cheaper than the over the counter brands that he's asking me to take.I've lived here a long time and have supported Santa Rosa Pharmacy through all it's owner transitions. (Since the Flower family first opened it in Gulf Place, way back when) The prices may be a tad higher on some things, but I've generally found the convenience well worth it.I did read a negative review, but would urge that customer to give them another chance. It's been rough for all of our local shop owners to keep staff, stock and doors open during covid. I'm hoping our community can come together to support all our local business owners through covid and an uncertain economy. Especially when those owners have heart!

This is the only pharmacy in the 30A area. You have to drive over 10 miles to a name brand pharmacy. It's nice to have one there, but it also allows them to price gouge. If you're going on vacation to 30A I suggest you take your own COVID tests with you. While it was nice to be able to buy them, they inflated the price of a normally $9.99 test at CVS or Walgreen's to $25.99. Not cool, especially during a pandemic.

OWNER SOLD TO NEW PEOPLE. This USED to be the best pharmacy with the best staff. I had 110% confidence in JoAnn (pharmacist) and her team. Now, transferring all of our family's Rx's elsewhere. I have attempted twice now with them. I could go on and on, but the local touch and knowledgeable staff are gone. There is now a sign that says Rude People will Not be Served. How about a sign that say Rude People Work Here. Go to Publix, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc. Your Rx's will be cheaper and you will get better attention and service anywhere than here. I am sad that it has become so terrible with terrible people.

Dont go to this place. They require masks unlike all other stores in Florida. I would never buy from a place like this. This a tyranical place, just like the government.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would 100% do that.So this morning I go to Santa Rosa Pharmacy to pick up my daughters prescription. I hadn’t realized they changed their policy back to mask required and I literally don’t wear a mask anywhere, so I didn’t have one on me or in my vehicle when they told me that a mask was required. So I told them I didn’t have one and asked them how I can go about picking up her prescription without leaving and coming back. They asked what my daughters name is. I told them. They quickly said they don’t have a prescription for her. I told them it should have came in on Monday. They said nope. So I went back to the truck and called her doctors office. Spent 10 minutes on hold and when they came back, they said it was sent to Santa Rosa Pharmacy on Monday at 9:06am and was verified by Santa Rosa Pharmacy at 9:06am as well. At this point, I know Santa Rosa Pharmacy is giving me the runaround simply because I didn’t wear a mask. So I went back inside and told them I have the doctors office on speaker phone and they’re telling me that it was sent AND verified on Monday @ 9:06am. Both of the ladies in the pharmacy rolled their eyes and then one of the ladies asked me for my daughters insurance card. So I walked her insurance card over to the counter and then walked back to the door so I wasn’t anywhere near either of them (me at least trying to be respectful of their fears. After standing there for about 5 minutes, the lady told me that I needed to exit the building and wait outside. I said yes ma’am and immediately waited outside. After standing outside for 15 minutes, she came outside and said “unfortunately, we don’t accept your insurance provider, you’re going to have to get it transferred to another pharmacy.”I said “well, how much is it? I don’t have time for all of this. I’ll pay cash.” She said “oh I’m not sure but I think close to $200.”I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 2 years now. I haven’t changed my daughters insurance. It’s been the same the entire time. I just got a prescription filled at Santa Rosa Pharmacy with this same insurance less than 6 months ago and had absolutely no problems. Maybe it’s because they didn’t have the “mask required” policy then….Im very sorry that I didn’t have a mask, BUT as a business owner myself, I can tell you 100% “THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS”

The friendliest staff helped me so much after a disappointing visit to a different pharmacy. Having a sick kid while on vacation is stressful enough, but the staff here was so helpful. Definitely recommend stopping here first!

Awesome spot for medicine, toiletries you forgot to pack, and suncreen without having to go to Publix. Friendly staff.
