Went out of my way to stop in here because of the great reviews and because they carry natural and organic food. When I walked in I saw someone in the back and gave a friendly hello- they just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I started browsing the food they had available and eventually someone came to the counter but still didn’t say anything just watched. I asked about some of the brands they carried and with every question I was met with curt, one-word responses. I got the impression that I was imposing on them by shopping in the store and that they were just waiting for me to leave! If you don’t want customers to shop your products you sell then don’t advertise as a pet products store. Also strangely there were no prices on anything. I purchased some food and treats but will take future business to one of the other more inviting small pet stores in the area. Giving the benefit of the doubt that I just caught them at a bad time and because I really believe in supporting small business so giving 3 stars.

Extremely unprofessional, makeshift, dirty and unorganized. Called and spoke to the owner three times before bringing three of our dogs over for comprehensive grooming and was told to bring them right over... Loaded them right up and took them over only to be told once we arrived that they didn't have room for them. It was only two ladies in total smelly disorganized chaos. After trying to get to the bottom of why they would have us drive all the way there for no reason with no answer and a lot of mumbo jumbo talking in circles, it was obvious this wouldn't have been any place I'd be comfortable even leaving my worst human enemy at.

Wonderful loving ladies who did a fantastic job grooming my border/Aussie mix. It was my first time using them and will definitely be a returning customer. My baby had a very thick double coat that is really hard to shave and they did everything I asked.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Great staff and the I loved the wall of pictures of everyone's pet. Decent prices and they have a cookie bar for dogs.

One stop shopping. I get my dog bathed at Dapper Dogs and pick up treats and food on the way out. With 30A Vet next door Shark Bait is taken care of in one stop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I would give this place a perfect 10. The owner is tremendously helpful in helping in every area. Do not read the naysayers...our dog loves the food she recommended and had organic treats and safe toys! Awesome pet store with helpful folks!
