What a great experience working with Julie and the staff at Furniture South. Julie is a great listener and helps you clarify what will actually meet your needs. She really understands what will look best, in terms of color, balance, accent and comfort. On delivery, she helps you rearrange your existing furniture to best showcase the whole place. Furthermore, all the people we connected there were really on top of things, efficient, super capable and thoughtful. Furniture South is our place for new items from now on and we will definitely be back!

Some fun items here...too bad the manager is so unpleasant. Walked out of there feeling like I'm a nuisance. Last time here. The floor lady is nice though.

Wonderful customer service and quality furniture. Julie has showed up to over 15 vacation rentals to help me upgrade furniture within the units. She provides very detailed proposals, she encourages recycling your own pieces by rearranging which helps you save money. Julie is a great person to work with when upgrading your home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We purchased a king bed frame for our vacation rental this past summer. Upon arriving we were quickly and friendly greeted and shown all the bed frames in the store and ones online that were available for order.We ended up purchasing a model that was in the store and it was delivered a couple of days later on time and assembled quickly .The bed frame is excellent quality. Great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend and will go back for future furniture needs.

We were there one afternoon & the store was closing so we decided to return another day. We did so, last Monday morning, basically to see what they carry, their prices, etc. as we are furnishing a new house. We were so turned-off by a saleslady named Shirley! Even though we had clearly explained to her what we were there for, she kept constantly asking us. Her voice was loud and in a way sounded upset that we were there.... What a way to treat a customer, right? we are so sorry that we even stopped in; we'll never go back and will share our bad experience with anyone who asks. Shirley should be "trained" to treat customers with respect, a smile and a gentle attitude even when they are not buying anything.The store owners might get more buyers that way.

Bridget is awesome. I work in the vacation rental industry and always need something in a pinch! Bridget always comes through for me. This is my #1 local furniture store! Great selections and can usually find something in stock!

Although previous review from owner says customer service is what they do well,That is under individual interpretation..Wife and I arrived to buy 2 nightstands..It was like 4pm we walked in store and no one was even around to greet us ....?We would have spent 1k on 2 nightstands we loved but knew our purchase would not be appreciated.....After walking around in store a older lady came out of the back to greet us...Wife and I said to ourselves let's go somewhere where we are greeted once we enter and feel awesome about our purchase and service!!This we did not feel...It felt like we were in a less fashionable establishment....Oh well all businesses are different..we left not spending a dime!! Unfortunately..Probably never return..based on the previous reviews I see online...We are not the only ones with low par reviews for FURNITURE SOUTH30a furniture here we come...much better service here!!

Furniture South was perfect for me. Bridget helped me choose a sofa and chair from 300 miles away. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.. The pieces I received were great quality and the delivery was top notch.

I would give Julie, the owner and designer, 10 stars if I could. We bought an unfurnished house in Sandestin that we wanted to enjoy for ourselves as well as put in the rental pool. Trying to furnish the entire house from out of state during the pandemic has been a nightmare. Julie made it happen. She sent me photos of many choices that she could get me and put together color boards of various rooms she was creating. Being in the furniture business for 30 years she was wise enough to order tons of inventory as the virus began. She has found me everything I need. She is so flexible and reasonable. Once I got there, she has been willing to swap out anything that hasn't worked until she finds me something I'm happy with. I now love everything and it was all reasonably priced. Julie, her delivery guys, and her store are a Godsend!
