I worked with a great designer in the showroom. The measuring was great. The installer was very good. Things went wrong with the woman who handles the ordering of the backsplash tile and communicates updates. (I had a separate tile installe who would complete my job). I've

Great showroom would have given full stars but.... The woman staff member is so hateful, unfriendly and unhelpful. We've been there several times and she's just as rude each time.
