Horrible service. Tried to ship international and they just directed me to a computer that did not work and told me to do it online. Would not assist in why was required. Had to call technical support and stay on hold for an hour while I was in the FedEx office. After 4 tries and over an hour of trying to get the computer form done, with no help. I gave up.. went to the post office and had my packages shipped for 1/3 the price. Terrible service.
