Dr. Sherri Dubuc is amazing with my dogs! We have had some MAJOR issues with one of our pups, but she immediately recognized it and sent us to the pet ER in Tallahassee! She has been doing our follow ups and is very up to date on our treatment plan for our Tito! I would 100% recommend her practice!!!

My husband and I always plan our vacations around our dogs. Where can we travel and bring our dogs? So here we are in Santa Rosa Beach, FL for 2 full weeks. Our 2 month old new puppy's vet back home called us and her fecal was positive for parasites! We Googled the nearest vet, Emerald Shores Pet Hospital, and they got us in right away, like an hour before closing for the holiday weekend. Dr. Debuc was so loving with our little puppy but also suggested we bring our 2 other dogs in for a check to be safe. She was great with our 150lb Akita and 18lb cavapoo. Three days later our Akita had blood in his urine and again, Dr. Debuc squeezed us in last minute, spent 1.5 hours with us, did a thorough exam of our big guy and made sure she covered all bases. 3 visits in one week! I cannot recommend Dr. Debuc or her staff enough. True animal lovers.

New to the area and took my dog in for an annual shot renewal from previous out of state vet. They updated everything he needed and gave him a complete check up physical. The facility was clean and everyone was extremely patient and nice. I have read some of the lower reviews and can only speak for my experience and as for now it was really good.

Wish I would have read reviews first but they keep getting google to delete the bad reviews. I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor facility and poor level of care.

I liked this place initially but after several bad experiences I feel I need to warn others about this place.
First experience was after my dog had surgery, they neglected to untie her ears from the top of her head. I wasn’t aware and it was not visible because she had a cone around her head. They didnt release her until the next morning after her surgery so I don’t even know how long they were tied up but the end result was one of her ears turned black and necrotic at the end and had to be cut off. The vet (who had always been very friendly up until this point) didn’t like the accusation and she was extremely rude and short with me when I brought my dog in to be seen about this.
Second experience was right before my dog had to be euthanized, she had started having bad seizures suddenly so I brought her in. They kept her overnight but were more focused on a skin condition she had going on and said they didn’t notice her having any seizures. They had called me prior to picking her up and asked if I wanted flea and heartworm meds I said not at this time because I could tell something was wrong and I wanted to figure it out if she was going to be ok before adding more to the bill. When I received the bill not only did they give her heartworm and flea meds but they groomed her for $80 which I didn’t authorize. I didn’t notice at the time they billed me for a 6 month supply of the heartworm AND didn’t send it home with me. I called a few days later when I realized and they told me I could come pick it up. Well in the process of this my dogs seizures worsened and I ended up taking her to another clinic and long story short she had to be euthanized.
I put off picking up the meds because I was grieving. I planned to get them since I paid for them so I could give it to my other dog. When the time came and I stopped by to get the meds they gave me the run around and were acting odd about it. After a long wait for the front desk to talk to the manager they came out and told me they can’t give me the meds because they can’t prove I didn’t leave with them in the first place. After debating about this the manager promised me she would discuss it with the vet and call me back the following Monday about it and as I was still talking she walked away and shut the door in my face. I never heard back from them about my refund or meds and I don’t expect to at this point.
I’ve felt judged and belittled by the staff at this place on more than one occasion and I say RUN and choose a better place.

Please do not bring your beloved pets here. I’m begging you! Problems will arise that were never there before the second they walk behind those doors. Go to any other Pet hospital but here, please. Please!

The staff are beyond excellent. The vet has more dedication to the pet's post surgical outcome than any vet I have ever met.

Dr. Dubuc was absolutely amazing with my pup. He was extremely ill while we were on vacation, not only did she work us in she did all possible to get him back on track during our visit, made sure we had medication to take with us and called to check on him the following day. I wish she was here in GA I would absolutely use her as our primary vet. I cannot express how much I appreciate her and her staff.

We were bringing our dog in and we heard the manager and the owner yelling at her employees. This place is not where you want to bring your animals. If they treat the employees this way then what makes you think they don't treat your animals like this. I didn't even want to give them a 1 but had to so I can make this post. Hopefully something will be done about how they treat people.
