One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Got a golf cart serviced for $425, when it was delivered back it didn’t work. They told me it was fine and they would have to charge me again if I wanted them to come back and fix it properly.
Don’t ever use this company.

I was having a problem getting my gas powered Yamaha golf cart started and running properly. I spoke with Colin Gorman at the Dixieectricar location in Santa Rosa Beach. He had his team of mechanics evaluate my cart situation and provide me with an explanation of what was causing my problem and what needed to be done to solve the problem. I was given a very reasonable price for this service solution. I checked with other repair shops to get an idea of the cost of this type of repair, I was charged a reasonable price for the repair. I was told when the repair would be completed. The work was completed on time and the cart operates fine now. It was a pleasure dealing with the employees of Dixieectricar in Santa Rosa Beach.

We recently purchased a new golf cart and had an electrical issue with the lights. I called DixieElectricCar because of their great reviews and proximity to our vacation home. They were friendly, professional and listened to the issue I was having and scheduled an appointment right away to fix the problem.The technician was 1st class, professional, courteous and you could see he enjoyed his work. He diagnosed the problem and even though he didn’t have the part, went back to the shop, picked it up and installed it the same day.He also informed us about DixieElectricCar’s service plan that could take care of the maintenance needed by our cart. This is especially helpful as we do not live here but rent our condo and the cart needs to be in tip top shape for our renters.In a world that seems to have forgotten about customer service, it’s great to see that DixieElectricCar has not forgotten about great customer service and great customer relationships!A special shout out to Nick, Cory and Patrick which all helped in taking care of us. EZ Go from Dixielectric Car is a great golf cart. So much easier to ride around our beach community than jumping in a car. Easy to park and can go an adequate speed that makes it safe to drive on our local beach front roads. Also, love that it is electric with enough juice to run all our beachside errands. Very responsive acceleration and handles well.Also, Jan was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He kept on top of our order in this difficult time of supply chain problems. Everything worked out great!

To "Tethys Tea" reviewer. Get a life, you probably moved here from New York. I would bet the house this "local" is not from here. THIS IS A TOURIST BEACH, FOR TOURISM, AND GOLF CARTS, AND LOCAL SHOPS. Move back to the N.E. or out of the tourist towns and wallah, we will all be happier!
