Rental was good, well stocked and clean the problem was the fees upon fees upon fees. Booking fees (2 of them), VrBO fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver fee, pet fee…Just give me a straight quote for what it will cost me to rent. VRBO receipt and what I was charged didn’t match, they claim because of…guess what… FEES!! Of course, so we spent 100’s of dollar more than we thought because of the sneaky fees they throw in. Oh we were here because we had to evacuate for hurricane Helene and never once did management ever offer to waive fees as so many other companies do. Read the fine print!

Great location, close to the beach and Seaside for fun. The house was spacious and clean, a good kitchen and a grill for cooking meals. They also have a lot of beach stuff, toys, chairs for guests- it was great to entertain kids while we stayed. I will definitely come back to stay here.

We had to leave half way thru our vacation due to hurricane Helene and were given no refund on our stay. Even before this, we noted that they had no dresser for clothing in the master bedroom, badly fitted sheets on the bed, and dining chairs that were flimsy and in need of repair. While we loved the location, we were disappointed in the particular unit, and the management company’s lack of integrity.

Our week-long stay in unit 401 Grand Playa was, by far, the best beach vacation we've ever taken. From the perfection of the unit, to the view from the balcony, to every possible need anticipated by the owner of our unit, to the location and convenience to all the things our 4 combined families wanted to do, our week at Grand Playa created wonderful memories that will live on for decades!!

Beautiful Condo - Perfect Location. Condo is perfect for family. Beautiful! Great living space. Love the large dining table for family! Spacious Bedrooms are closed off from living space which is nice for families. Right on the beach – just walked down the steps. The grass area in front of the condo is just perfect for the kids to play. Right next to Pool which is relaxing! Not a crowded location or beach area. Wonderful! Highly Recommend!

I won’t be booking anything with this company again. Their unwillingness to work with their customers during a hurricane is horrifying. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT RENT! This property should not be eligible for rent (as of 9/14/24). They have a serious mold issue that has not been remedied. The upstairs bedroom was completely unusable during our stay. Based on prior reviews, the management company (Benchmark Management) had known about this issue for two months prior to us coming. They have not nothing to fix the issue and only skirted the problem when alerted and asked for help daily. There are also dangerously large chips in the flooring. Stay somewhere else for your healthy and safety.

Loved the location of Dune Villas. Nice, roomy facilities. Bathroom been remodeled with great new shower. No room in vanity for our toiletries. But it worked out with the shelves in closet. Loved the remodel of closet. Perfect for 2 people. Beginning to show some wear, but we know that happens with rentals. Always great service with Benchmark, Thanks! We will be back!

Communications with management were friendly and professional. The only problem we had was that a beach code was not provided before we arrived. When we called and were provided with a code it was incorrect. We lost beach access from our late afternoon arrival to the next morning when we got the correct code.

I stayed at Beacons 1 with girlfriends and we had a blast. The location can not be beat!! So convenient to be able to just run up to your room from the beach and grab a drink or a bite to eat! It was clean, comfortable and the communication from Benchmark management was fabulous. Checked in by text and email to make sure we didn’t need anything! We will definitely be back!

The rental was beautiful and just as described. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to the beautiful beach, recreational activities, and restaurants from the rental. The host was easy to contact and responded to any questions promptly. We greatly recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Santa Rosa Florida.

Great view…. condo was clean with plenty of supplies bath towels, wash cloths etc. large comfy bed, ice maker in fridge actually worked unlike my previous 2 vacations with another management company… and no bugs seen during my entire stay…hope to return next year to same unit
