The house is an easy walk to the beautiful beach. You can enjoy the view from the windows or the large balcony. Inside the furniture is very comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are great. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic.

360Blue rentals did it right! The rental was beautifully equipped and furnished. Every bathroom was well stocked, along with the kitchen for us to enjoy our stay comfortably. There were even nice touches of amenities left for us in the kitchen and bathrooms that normally do not come with a home rental. We will definitely come back and rent from 360Blue again!

Fantastic home and location. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful week. Basic supplies provided in the home where less than most places we have rented in the past, but overall a great week and we would return to the same place no question.

This review is for the management company. TERRIBLE service, canned responses and no flexibility or support when you have questions or requests for your rental. They were unwilling to escalate requests to managers after I asked multiple times and they do not honor discounts offered over email during spring break (be aware!). I've used 360 Blue before and had a good experience, which is why I looked forward to booking with them again. This time around it has been a 0/10 before we even take our trip. Extremely disappointing :( Do no recommend booking with them if you want an enjoyable trip or if you need support at any point during a vacation.

Gorgeous place, great location and an amazing view. Plenty of room for 4 teenage boys plus me to actually be comfortable on a spring break trip. We will definitely be back!

Visiting N. Florida? Emerald Beaches and soft white sandy beaches. We use 360 Blue for our visits to Seaside. Great homes and competent staff. Provides access to so many beach towns.

We appreciate all the ways 360 Blue kept in touch and communicated with us before during and after our stay. They offered quite a few special swag gifts to make the time that much more special. The house we stayed in 143 Buttercup in the Watercolor neighborhood was amazing. There were plenty of amenities and trails to explore as well as the charming neighborhood. This is a great place to relax with your family. We will use 360 Blue again.

360 Blue was the best. Checking on us before, during and after our trip to insure no surprises. Obviously they have wonderful homes to rent, but their attention to detail will bring me back to them over and over again.

Rented a premium condo from them at WaterSound and the chairs at dining room table were metal folding chairs. Obviously not what was in pictures. When we contacted them and told them this was not acceptable for all our meals for an entire week, they told us those were all they had available until new chairs arrived. They were not accommodating and quite frankly unprofessional. We will avoid renting from them in future.
