“We choose Carney Construction shortly after Hurricane Ian. We obviously knew that the construction would take a lot longer but didn't immediately realize that the costs would go up and finding subcontractors would take longer. Although the time line was longer and the costs more than what we originally thought, once the ball started rolling, the work happened quickly, efficiently and communication was weekly if not daily. It's daunting to renovate from five states away but Andy made it a much easier process with being our "boots on the ground" and keeping us updated on all issues. This project was important to us as this was our forever home to share with future generations.
