I absolutely enjoyed shopping there for the first time. The only thing what I would like to say is….if the wonderful black lady would not been there, I would have walked out. There was another blond lady working that really didn’t pay attention to me. I have to say, we just came back from the beach and my hair was all oily…but the black lady didn’t care. She didn’t judge me for my crazy hair or look. She was absolutely professional and I ended up buying 2 bikinis. I will be back for sure ❤️❤️

Customer service was blah. We came in close to closing (about 15 minutes before) two employees in the store, greeted us asked us what we were shopping for, I told them we didn't know, just looking, They mentioned they were closing soon.. They then proceeded to continue their private conversation. We looked around and my daughter tried something on. And she decided to get the shorts. I would have tried on multiple swimsuits but I was over listening to their conversation. Another group walked in and they instantly told them they were closing in 8 minutes. Listen I get it, you are closing, but come on. You are a tiny store with an average price of $100. If someone comes in and you MIGHT have to stay 5 minutes past closing one night be deal. It's just rude. It's a vacation town, it'a summer, I understand they don't have control over the stupid early time they close but you could also just help and be friendly to the customers you have. I won't go back in, disappointed the captiva store closed.

Never miss a trip to Sanibel. The shops are always well supplied with the latest styles. The store owners and employees are extremely friendly and helpful.
