This is a beautiful resort. The location is perfect. The only suggestion I would have is to have a washer and dryer in the units. The trek up and down stairs to the 3rd floor and down to the laundry room is extremely difficult for elderly people.The response to problems with things in the unit was non-existent.

This location has everything on premises, including a very nice restaurant and pool bar, with many tennis courts and ocean view, with plenty of parking. It is a short ride to the shops and markets and restaurants on Periwinkle Way on Sanibel.

We have been owners of this time share resort for 40 years. My daughter grew up going her & now my grand kids. This is a great place to take your family for a relaxing vacation on the beach.
