“I had a problem connecting my bike chain. I stoped at Billiy’s to see if they could help me. Unfortunately, their bike chain tool was broken, and they were waiting for a part needed to repair it. Billy just happened to be there and overheard my problem. He was ready to head home, and asked me to follow him because he had the tool there that could fix my problem. He did the fix in his home workshop. No charge. He was so very helpful and kind.Steve Rieth”

Great service , efficient and good advice as well ! The store is clean and filled with quality products . I will certainly go back there if needed.”

“I had never ridden an ebike before. Troy helped me by telling me which were made for someone who is 4 11 tried the pace 500.3 and a commuter bike. While the commuter bike was nice it was also too heavy for me to move without assist. I chose a blue pace 500.3 with fenders phone holder front basket. I love how even before buying Troy made sure I knew all the safety measures that came with the bike. It has turn signals. Once I got the bike I rode it from their place to about 12 miles away the battery wasn't full, but I wanted to test it out. I have now ridden it to and fromcwork a couple times and I had to call and ask how to get my phone and bike paired as no I on the handle it's the plus and minus sign.”

“Quick Cycles location was given to me by the bike manufacturer and when I arrived I was greeted with enthusiasm. After talking and test riding two different e-bikes from two different manufacturers I made a purchase and couldn’t be happier with my choice and experience with the staff at the shop. If you decide to visit them ask for Chris as I found him pleasant to work with and he was very knowledgeable.”

“EA Bicycles is a fabulous bike shop for mechanical service, new purchases, and biking accessories. Their prices are a good value and the quality and expertise of the mechanical repairs are outstanding. I have had them fix an issue with my shifting (while I waited) that two other bike shops could not get quite right even when I left them my bike, among many other "saves". Al starts from the ground up and dials your bike in to perfection. Evie will take good care of you as well! I have purchased helmets, glasses, and recently bought a Varia radar light at an excellent price point. The glasses are the first pair I have owned that don't fog up. I wish I had gotten them before I bought many other glasses that performed poorly in early morning fog. EA knows their stuff and carries equipment that is tried and true. EA Bicycles is run by a family who ride and they are top performers and 5 stars all the way!”
