Forever Green Ace Hardware is a very nice Ace store placed in the middle of Sanibel Island and very well located. It is a local store with a very wide selection of hardware, paint, tools, housewares, small condo appliances, and beach chairs. From the second you walk in the door, the friendly and very helpful staff is always very knowledgeable. The service is amazing, and they will help with every detail. Prices are a bit on the high end but justifiable because of the location. You can find anything you need from a hardware store here. It has just about everything in one place, and customers always find what they need.
This is my first stop for DIY projects. They may not have the full selection of a big-box store (although they do have most necessities) but the staff make up for it in their knowledge and professionalism.
