So a short update, Sam Walton is spinning in His grave. This store is a joke, not only do you want us to check ourselves out. Put away our carts. Now if we don’t bag the way they want you to, they freeze the register until the uninterested cashier comes along to count your purchases two or more times…..WTH ? Then you get stopped at the door to be checked again. Are you kidding me????? If you don’t trust us enough to check out then maybe you should bring back real cashiers and knock off this redundant and insulting treatment. And this location seems to be the worst of the 4 stores I frequent. Get a clue Walmart. And to add insult to injury when they see you getting frustrated they (multiple bag police) start laughing at you. I keep saying this but I need to stop giving any money to this shady store.
The only thing the Sanford location is missing is customer service. Instead you almost get run over by stockers, ignored by register babysitters that are far from helpful.

Oh how I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart! I have literally been a customer or daughter of a customer for 55 years. While service has declined over the years for sure, I did have a very positive experience with one individual, Terry, at this customer service counter. He really was a caring employee because I’m assuming he’s a very caring person. I must also recognize his team Coach, Waly(?). Outstanding response when I made observations to him.

Diana was so helpful as the Assistant for the Self check-out line. I had an item that was missing a barcode so Diana found the product on her device and scanned the barcode. She also helped me figure out the reason for a price difference between Bath Towels and Bath Sheets. I had a good shopping experience ?

I prefer driving the distance to this location over the store located on 17-92 and Lake Mary Blvd. Clean and friendly staff as well as the people shopping in the store.

Do not I repeat if you are a resident of a another state where you came from the state of Florida is not the best the grass is not always greener in this Republican based state this Walmart nowadays Walmart is the most insane retailer in the sunshine state my past experience is just not right I no longer live in this state no more.

I come here often to visit the deli employee Neil Has A1 customer service very polite stops what he’s doing just to help with customers. I really recommend when you go to the deli ask for Neil !!!!
