This place is horrible, even with its renovations. Loud ass employee on her phone running down isles to who im assuming was her bf, bc it was impossible not to hear it. Screaming obscenities. Just unreal. The pharmacy here is no better. The young man took my prescription and said they could have it filled my the next day bc they were out. Later that night, I had an arab woman, whom I am assuming the pharmacist, call me to ask me all sorts of questions about the visit to my new doctor.. prying information from me like, why did I travel so far to see this dr, telling me this is a new medication for me (as if I don't know that!) and interrogating me as if I'd done something wrong by going to a new dr! After she hung up saying she can't fill it, she called me back again.. and tells me the price and asked me how I would've paid for anyways?? like.. WTF?? Are they even allowed to do that? She wasn't filling it anyhow! Not to mention, I could hardly understand what she was saying due to the language barrier. Anyhow, needless to say, I went to Walmart. And yes, Walmart. They are my new pharmacist from now on. MUCH more professional, and way better communication. I'll NEVER go back to this Walgreens, do not care even if my life depended on it. TERRIBLE customer service all over the store.

On French Avenue - The only way this store can improve is to close their doors or the earth to open up and swallow it up. Pharmacy is a total nightmare. I know how to get a spy to spill the beans is to make them deal with the pharmacy department..

I Schedule a Covid test. arrived a little early the pharmacist came to the window and asked me was I dropping off or picking up explain to her I have an appointment for Covid test she asked me what time I told her the time she told me I have to come back because she had not put the information in I came back approximately 30 minutes later and she still hadn’t put the information in I thought it was just my imagination in the way that the pharmacist approached me but apparently not it seems these days that customer service just no longer exists. I don’t think I would ever return to Walgreens after experiencing that I’ll try another pharmacy who can maybe show a customer a little appreciation for giving them their business

They have shelves empty in the pharmacy aisles. Allergy medicine, cold and flu, etc. yet they have 2 whole aisles full of wine and alcohol. What!?!?

Waited 25 mins in drive thru, \\\"Pick-up\\\" only line. Could see 4 employees via their mirror walking around. No one at the store window. Rx delayed, wrong brand given, higher priced item sold to me. They don't answer phone during R.Ph. lunch time. WHERE IS THE PHARMACY MANAGER? WHO DOES THEIR TRAINING ? So many people wanting jobs and this is what you offer? Horrible, aesthetically run PHARMACY!

No way Walgreens should allow this poor excuse of a Pharmcy team to continue to deal with its customers, pathetic work ethics and attitude. Came three times to get a prescription but won’t be back. I don’t like to say these things but it is a fact.

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine here. Left me sitting for an hour with NO explanation as to why it was taking so long. When I asked what the hold up was they said they had to let the vaccine come to temperature. Ok first off why didn't you say that when I checked in to see if I had time to wait for over an hour and second why are you booking appointments for vaccinations that not not ready to give?!?!? Time for a new pharmacy

Make an appointment at 12 and it's 12:45pm I am still waiting for my vaccine, Thank god I have no place to go lol People here looks like they can use some common sense to better work here

The pharmacy is absolutely useless. I would rate 0 if I could. I'm switching pharmacies as soon as I can. I haven't had my medication in 3 weeks due to their lack of ability to do their job and I've really mean struggling because of it. Mental health is no joke and they certainly made it into one.
