“I recently had my 2015 TLX with ~105K miles serviced for a timing belt and manufacturer recall which involved replacing the connecting rod bearings on my V6.
The car developed an obvious audible bearing issue soon after so I returned the car without an appointment and they had me in a loaner within 15 minutes.
After diagnosing the issue, they voluntarily took the high road by making the decision to replace the short block altogether.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I appreciate the proactive responsiveness from Justin, the service manager, in particular.
This experience further validates why I’ve continued having my previous and current Acuras serviced at this dealership since 2005.”
