If I could say zero stars I would. I order 2 different holsters for my piece and I I got frustrated the second time I tried the 2nd holster. Nice leather but Dumb design. Get a old fashioned holster.

I had ordered 2 of their G3 holsters and had got them in the upgraded leather configuration. The quality of the holsters that I received from them was nice but after trying them out my wife and I came to the quick conclusion that unless you are wearing the right clothing and are positioned in certain ways that the holsters were not always going to work or be reliable. So with that we contacted Urban Carry to return them and they sent back a reply that they would send us a return shipping label and a RMA to return them. After a couple of weeks of no labels we contacted them again only to get run around emails from them. After 3 attempts now, the final reply back from them being 'THIS REQUEST IS CLOSED'. So apparently their refund policy is false and all sales are final. Now we are stuck with basically two extremely expensive useless holsters. So FYI make SURE that the holster you order from them is going to be exactly what you need and is going to work perfectly for you because you are going to be stuck with it.

Save your money and buy something else! Customer service is like talking to a wall and holster is poorly designed doesn’t fully cover trigger. I was never able to get problem resolved so now I use it as an example of what not to get in a holster

Showed up within 5 days of ordering. I ordered the hyperion for my tisas/zigana px9. Got both owb and the iwb and both work very well. Very well made and very comfortable. I saw all the bad reviews and was hesitant but everything is perfect. Only complaint would be that they used a s&w shield as a mold, but the px9 and shield have a similar enough frame it still fits perfectly and as the leather breaks in I'm sure it will lose its previous form and form more to my gun over time.Over all great product , don't hesitate to pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed.
