I had a clarifying treatment along with a bang trim and I booked with Meredith. She did a tremendous job and my hair feels healthier and smooth than before. Was quick service (30 min) aswell, You should definitely book with her for your next haircut service at this location.

Tried asking for help twice and the 1st person brushed me off and told me to try a brand with no reasoning why it's comparable to the other brand I used. She didn't take me to the section, ask me additional questions nothing. Ok that's fine, so i tried helping myself and found some stuff from other brands I liked.
Long story short, asked the person at front for additional help and just got the customer service smile w/ no care in the world and they did not help me as well. I see one other employee helping someone out, happily with a basket and everything..idk if they just didn't like me or what but get better staff please.

My little sister and I had the best shopping experience at Ulta sanford, Tatyanna was such a great help to us! She made us feel so welcome and was very knowledgeable about all things skincare/makeup, absolutely loved her personality and will definitely be returning to this location just because of how great of a experience we had with her!

This was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta! this location is always amazing with the customer service ! Huge shout to JM, Paula and the manger for helping me with everything and anything. They were super kind and gave great recommendations.

The stylist "Patricia" takes a critical care on highlighting and balayage on my hair, and does not allow me to leave unitl she is satisfied with the results. She is a very talented stylist and I would recommend her to anyone. She takes Great care and precision in everything she does, and she's also a precious individual.

Had partial highlights done about two weeks ago. I look like a raccoon because there is no cohesiveness to the placement of the highlights. During the consultation she told me she couldn’t do what I wanted that should have been my indication to RUN but she discussed an alternative and I agreed because she said that I could achieve what I wanted by going that route. As she is mixing up the bleach I engage in conversation with the other stylist and ask if what I wanted could be achieved she said yes. My stylist comes back clearly upset that we have been talking and I tell her that I initiated the conversation she proceeds to say something negative about the other stylist and grabs my hair and begins pulling and yanking on it no comb or brush just pulling it with her hands, at this point I have bleach in my hair so I can’t leave I let her continue doing my hair the color she suggested during the consultation she now realizes she doesn’t have in stock so she has to create something she puts it in I am eventually done and I even leave a tip the worst part is that after about a week I wash my hair and the color is completely gone all I have left are random streaks of bleach in random places. Not leaving any names because everyone deserves to work but just because it says Elite Stylist doesn’t mean they know what they are doing! If zero stars was an option that is what I would have chosen.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ulta in Sanford, Florida, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience, thanks to the incredible service provided by Sydney. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, setting a positive tone for my visit. However, it was Sydney who truly made my experience outstanding.
Sydney's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, offering insightful suggestions that I hadn't considered before. Her friendly and approachable demeanor instantly put me at ease, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.
When it came to the actual hair styling, Sydney's skill was nothing short of amazing. She worked meticulously, ensuring every detail was perfect. The results exceeded all my expectations – my hair has never looked better! Sydney's ability to understand and execute exactly what I wanted, while also providing her professional input, made all the difference.
Moreover, Sydney went above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She provided excellent tips on hair care and maintenance, which I greatly appreciated. It is clear that Sydney is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients.
I cannot recommend Sydney and the Ulta team in Sanford highly enough. If you are looking for top-notch service and a fantastic hair transformation, this is the place to go. Thank you, Sydney, for your exceptional service – I will definitely be returning!

I only come for the salon. Patricia is amazing and very attentive to detail when it comes to hair. I’ve tried several Ulta’s and by far this is the best one because of her. She is always very friendly and takes her work very serious. Thank you Ulta for having stylist that are amazing and know how to properly take care of different hair textures.
