“I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”
“Adrian was an AMAZING help. I called about getting a truck because another company did a last minute cancel on us. Adrian confirmed they only had a 20ft available after 1:30pm but he offered to look at neighboring U-Hauls for a larger truck. None were available so he offered to call the person who had the 20ft and see if they could return it earlier. Seriously, customer service like this does not really exist anymore. Cannot thank him enough for all of the help!”

“I rarely need to rent a trailer because I have my own but I purchased something that was to tall to fit in my enclosed trailer so I went online and reserved a trailer. When I went to the store I was standing in line waiting for the sales associate and I somehow ended up on the yelp reviews lots on single stars I was thinking I hope I don't end up regretting this. Well I can tell you the lady that was there was very professional and courteous to me and to the 3 customers in front of me. I had mentioned to her what I read on yelp and what I saw and she said yes those reviews are years old and people don't tend to post positive reviews.”

Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”
