DO NOT PARK HERE. Land is not in good conditions. Owner over sale the yard and charge different to everyone ( We paid $267.50 every month ) and charge for "the last month" in advance and deny to give you your money back even when you notify.Very unresponsible owner. Never respond call or text. He never knows if you pay and always says he has to see his computer but never has it with him.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not park here! My trailer with chocolate got stolen from this yard. It's not secured, a lot off people come here in and out. You don't find empty spots. Dirt and bumpy parking lot. Stay away!Several times they broke my trailer seal and check for freight!!!! This yard it's only trash that's all I can say!

i will not recommend this yard to any company or any driver out there. very dishonest person in charged of busyness. Money hungry people. Not the right people to do business with. Dirt lot bumpy needs gravel and grading, no facilities poor lighting quite small and unorganized parking for trailers and tractors.

Great owner, well lit and fenced yard with security cameras and 24 hour access. Yard a bit bumpy but solid. I never had any issues getting in or out and loved it was located near the interstate and FL 417.
