I have shopped the Sanford store since it opened and have always had a great experience with the employees. They always offer to help you load your animals food in your car and are willing to go out on a limb to help you find what you are looking for, great place ?

The Sanford Tractor Supply always has very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of supplies for your farm. Prices are pretty good however you should double check with HD or Lowes for some of the common hardware or lumber costs. Some are cheaper here, some are not just like any store.
The quality of their products seems to be very good.
Parking is plentiful and free

Went to the Tractor Supply in Sanford today. Very friendly staff. Was looking for a water barrel today then got talking to the fella and started looking at fuel cells LOL. Anyway nice clean store Friendly folks plenty of parking. Was able to find my plants and get out the door. They have a wide variety of plants as well as roots and Seed.

I just feel the need to inform you that I am not happy with your store in Sanford Florida. About a year ago I brought my Pyrenees in for a bath, I was informed that the hot water heater was broken, no problem, I live in Florida and it was summer for this one time I was fine, a few weeks later I called the store to see if the heater had been replaced, I was informed that no it was not because it was on back order. Unfortunately I lost my big girl shortly after. Fast forward to October of this year, I went with my daughter so she could give her dog a bath. I turned the water on, just the hot mind you and waited, to my disappointment there was no hot water. See went to speak to the manager who informed her that they turned down the temp so the dogs would not be scalded. That water never even warmed up. I decided to give it a try yesterday, since I had a rescue I wanted bathed. I am a rewards member, I have 3 emails telling me that I've been rewarded, a free bath,probably because I buy all my dog food there and I own Great Pyrenees, so I go often. Anyway, I pulled up to the store in Sanford, as I was taking my big guy out of my vehicle, an employee who was outside informed me that the hot water heater was broken and should be fixed this week, which I know is a complete lie at this point. So now I have a reward I can't use. I have had to bring my dog to Pet Supermarket to bathe. I will now look at what they sell for dog food, and whatever else I need for my fur babies. I am so disappointed, the store is not that old. I know nothing will get done, we are apparently in an age of the I don't care what your problem is age. Good chance you lost my business and we all know that a bad word of mouth travels faster than an good review

This visit today was a wonderful experience. Tony helped me with everything all the ins and outs- he’s very informative. He went to the back multiple times and got things- and even helped me pack them. Elizabeth at the register was very friendly and even ran all the way outside to my car when I forgot my receipt. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Thank you for making my day better!

Had to request a refund for an incorrect charge- Was asked several questions and they treated me like I was lying about my request/return. Very strange experience, John is quite mouthy being the “supervisor”. This location isn’t very friendly or welcoming at all, makes the shopping and overall environment sour. They are Quick to charge people wrong but overly detective scrutiny when using their own return policy. Not even worth the time if have to be treated this way.
