“I rarely issue reviews but in the case of CMC I feel I must. Jason and his crew have been taking care of my vehicles for 8 years and I can't say enough good things about them. They are fair, reasonable, timely, and very thorough. But yesterday took the cake. I had a brake job done and on way home it started making a loud noise on the drivers side of car. It was late in day and I live out in the sticks. With the approaching holiday I thought I might not get it addressed until next week. Jason and one of his team actually drove to my place after they closed the shop for the day and quickly addressed the issue (a plate had bent toward wheel) and fixed it on the spot in my driveway! I have never had somebody do that for me. These guys are the best!”
“Honest and forthright. Went to Firestone on 44 in NSB and they were saying over $2k in parts and labor. Took my truck here to get new tires and they said tie rods just needed to be tightened. My business will be going here for now on. Also, best deal on 35” tires. 10/10 highly suggest McRobert’s auto center for all vehicle services. Thanks again!”

“Zack at Harold’s takes great care of me. I replaced two front tires about two weeks ago and just replace the rear tires today. I bought the tires online and took them to Harold’s to be mounted and balanced. Both tires replaced and reinstalled in about fifteen minutes. Super service!!!!!”
“Caesar and his crew at the Sanford location are absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find a reputable used tire shop that won’t rip you off but I found the needle in the haystack. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a tire replacement. They even offer a 30 day warranty on their tires!”

“Bought tires here, so I came when I had a nail. I called to make an appointment, but it was one week out. I made it just in case. I had to upgrade to Plus just to get in to talk to someone. I used an app in the parking lot because I didn't think they would let me in. After I did, I found out that there was a promotion inside Sam's to get $10 off plus membership. Just one more thing that I went back to have them fix. The tire people are all great in the tire center. Ryan and Chris are awesome. They said I could wait for it but could take all day. The appointment didn't show, so they did my tire. I also bought 2 wiper blades, and they put them on. They checked my battery, too. It's too bad you can't make an appointment on the app or online. You can over the phone, but clearly, they are using a call center. My person had a strong accent, and I had to repeat myself. Also, why not offer promotions on the app and in-store. If not, put a banner on the app that says what the in-store promotion is, so if you want it, I know to go inside. I thought Sam's wants people to use the app? It just makes more aggravation. Sam's needs better purchasing people. No in-store fiber pills, Calm, Adidas clothing but I can buy them in Costco. They also let stuff linger some items in now are the same items that were there from November. Some people at checkout and in customer service really need to get re-evaluated, they look and act miserable to guests.”
“The Michelin tires I bought are very good and this includes regular tire rotation and balancing every 6-8,000 miles. But trying to make an appointment to rotate tires is difficult as the Auto repair shop doesn't anwser the phone as they are busy working on cars. I live an hour away and used to have to drive to BJ's Auto shop to make an appointment in person but, recently I called and asked for the manager and he made the appointment for me so I don't have to drive down to Sanford to make an appointment. This is fantastic! I am very glad this worked out and the manager was very helpful with this. Yeah!!!”

“I had a crazy tire blowout on the highway coming home from a vacation with my little kids, and these guys saved us! They got a new tire on right away, were super patient with the kids, and very kindly directed us to nearby food or places to kill time. Kudos to the gentlemen of this Pep Boys…great work and our saving grace. Wish you all the best!!”
