I received a message on my phone. That was was peculiar so I went to my carrier and they fixed the situation very quickly. I have been with yhis company for 2 years and I have no complaints there always there to help when I need it

A visit to the store to get my husband and my apple Watches added to our account we have had for years started with an hour and a half call from the team member at the store to customer service. We were told our account wasn't supported and we had to move to another account. This has entailed multiple calls to customer service because we were told the team member at the store couldn't help us with. Then I received a bill for the old account in the post and had no access to pay it As the only access I had to the new account. That was another hour long phone call but they managed to sort it out. Now I been sent a bill for the new account that over laps the dates already covered by my old bill. I call customer service and they have told me I need to go into a T-Mobile store for help. They screw up everything and then I have to jump through hoops to get it sorted. I will not recommend this company to anyone! They are useless.

Ever since we were forced to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile we have had one issue after anouther. They tell you that they are going to do one thing and they do the totally oposite. When calling in you get a different answer from different adjents that are obviously not on the same page. And it should not take 45 minutes to get an answer to a simple question. Once our contract is over with we may decide to move to a different carrier.

Apparently the management at this T-Mobile location doesn’t like to stay open through their stated store hours. I arrived at 8:45 PM today and it is stated on the website as well as on Google maps and Apple Maps that they are open till 9 PM but the doors are locked and no one‘s in there that I can see. I tried calling to see if anybody would answer But it went to recording. I don’t know if it’s corporate policy for your employees to take it off early customers, high and dry. But it’s really not a good luck for T-Mobile. I am extraordinarily disappointed which is unfortunate because this store used to be really great. I had given him a five star review in the past, but I just change it to a one star review if you’re not going to be open, you need to change your store hours online so if people don’t waste their time and gas money coming to your location under false pretenses.

The staff was very helpful. I went in to get a new sim as I was switching from another carrier. Had an issue with the first sim card they tried activating so they got me another right away and everything worked great. I've also been very pleased with their signal coverage in the areas I frequent. One downside that's T-Mobile in general is their 5g ultra coverage has issues when you only have 1 or 2 bars keeping you from loading websites until your phone switches to normal 5g or LTE.

Lazy representatives with a lack of quality in customer service. I've walked into three different branches to ask for a screen protector for my phone. I pay for the service and all three locations(including this store) didn't have it so they informed me to call 311. I call 311 and they tell me that the store has to order it so I have to call them. I call this store and they tell me I have to COME In! You mean for a 4th time? It's really disappointing that I pay for a service to have the screen protector replaced(at any time) and yet after speaking with many representatives from tmobile, nobody knows how to assist. Even when discussing with the member at this branch, the person was rude and had no empathy for the situation. They couldn't confirm whether or not they had the screen protector or if they could order it.. just come in and we'll see! ...Lazy.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, honest and very helpful. The whole store atmosphere was welcoming as well. This store will treat you like a real person.

Horrible customer service. They tell you one thing and it ends up being another thing. I tell you. First and last time I ever visit this store. I bought an Apple Watch and told him I wanted to pay it in full and he was like no we don’t do that here. So I had to finance it. My mother got a phone and then just because he did not want to wait to transfer my mother info to her new device he said just take it do it yourself and bring it back. You have 14 days. I’m telling you this place is horrible don’t recommend at all.

Chris from the T-Mobile store in Sanford (WP Ball Blvd.) DELIGHTED ME today!He was able to pull some strings and get my bill which contained a ridiculous amount of overcharges completely canceled so that I didn't have to suffer any undue hardship or repercussions...!!!Thank you sooo much to Chris and the individual who assisted over the phone.Now THAT is an example of exemplary customer service, indeed!!!!!BRAVO! ?????
