They took forever, didn't solve the problem the blue screen problem (Critical process died) the first time so I brought it back in and I still don't have my computer at this time multiple days later. Right when I got home I turned it on and I immediately noticed multiple problems. It's like they didn't even test it first. Additionally, it costed $100 and something that could have been fixed in a few hours is taking over a week.

I’ve been here a few times, and the people here are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to come here in a pinch to grab parts to fix my computer and they helped me out. Their prices are great and I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

Smart Guys Computer is my go to local computer shop. The techs there are knowledgeable and professional.They took the time to research the part I need in order for my pc component to be compatible with my motherboard.

I just got a new gaming pc that I worked with them a week ago. I was able to tell them what I needed and they helped to pick the parts and order what they didn't have. Everyone was friendly and helpful during the whole process. I called and thanked them, but also wanted to put a note here too. I have been with these guys for many builds and they have always done great work. The one time the memory had an issue they replaced it. They stand behind there work and parts for one year. Thanks Smart Guys :-) My pc is ready for Starfield and Baldurs Gate 3!!

From beginning to end, the team did an amazing job with my needs. I am a full time trader and was using an iMac w/multiple screens. It was not meeting my needs. I was advised to look into custom built computers. Looked up this company, based off the reviews (so happy I did). Gave them a call in the morning. They didn't make me feel dumb with my questions, so that was a plus, considering my lack of knowledge with computers. I came to the store that same day and they knew what I needed immediately. I was accommodated right away and made my purchase. Yes, it was that simple!I am loving my new work station. I am able to watch all of my charts and have multiple brokers running at once (which is huge in my world). I'm also able to teach my students via zoom, while having all of the trading programs open. There isn't any lag, performance is just great!This was much cheaper than purchasing another MAC and way better performance (and I love apple). Thank you so much for helping me. Everyone is awesome!I highly recommend Smart Guys. They strive for excellence.I included the details to what I got and added a 32" screen to it.

I recently had my computer serviced from Smart Guy Computers. I thought they would be the most reliable computer repair company in Sanford FL. I was wrong... I brought my computer in on Monday, was told 2-3 days that it would be simply reformatted and "optimized" which they never said what that was... Long story short It took 6 days for my PC to be reformatted and plugged in a hard drive. I was given no updates so I called on day 3, they said they got a big shipment in so they couldn't get to my PC. In other words if you aren't giving them an expensive job you'll be pushed aside so they can work on the bigger orders.Smart Guys Computers in Sanford FL is a mismanaged company. I talked to two or three different guys and nobody seemed to communicate on what was going on with my reformatting of my PC.I will not be going back to Smart Guys Computers in Sanford FL again.

Did a great job on my son's gaming tower. We had no idea what was wrong with it and they diagnosed it quickly and HONESTLY. They could have told me anything was wrong with it and I wouldn't have known any better; but they didn't scam me. They fixed it with skill and had it back to my kid so fast. They were chill and personable to work with.

Heath D. I must say Smart guys are simply amazing. I had them build my first computer 6 or 7 years ago, and was pleased with the great job they did. I am back, They are currently building my second computer. They are kind, and were very patient with me (To be continued in my next post. (Excited for my new computer)......Thank you

These guys are always helpful and great to work with. Brought in my PC to fix a hard drive issue and instal a replacement drive. I know I can depend on them.
