Matt White and his team made both our buying and selling experience so easy and uncomplicated! Matt worked hard to find our property and after 11 years of ownership, he worked hard to find a buyer. And he was a great resource during the time of our ownership (this was a vacation property) when we needed services, like a reputable painter, roof repair, etc. He and his team were extremely responsive, ALWAYS returning calls as quickly as possible. If I could give 0 stars I would. We've lived in our rental at: 107 Cobblestone Way, Sanford, FL for 5yrs, dealing with mold, roof leaks, floor leaks, sink leaks, and falling trees since we've moved in. Every heavy rain my son's closet and kitchen flood. We put tarps on the side of the house where the leaks are coming from, which greatly reduced the level of water coming in but didn't stop it. We've told the property manager several times verbally, through texts, and reported it on the website. My husband also told the handyman when he came and showed him where the leaks were coming in from and the tarp he put to reduce the water. When the handyman returns (without any notice), he repaired the back of the house and moved something, causing the house to have a bad leak during the storm and the AC line froze that night due to debris in line from him chopping down a tree. He turns again to pressure wash, but no repairs to side of house (that night it flooded again). He asked if he could come back Monday, we said yes. He never came back today to finish and more rain is on its way. We've asked the manager to send a professional and we get kickback. If I knew what I know now, I would never have rented from this management company because they're slow to act on any repairs. We've paid rent every month, even during covid when we were out of work, so I expect to live in a leak free and mold free rental, but that's too much to ask for here. Renter beware!
