“I love this store all the workers there are so helpful and they always ask customers if they need help. On top of that I’ll give a shout out to the management team for helping me out with my exchange and being very understanding the whole time. Extreme shout out for not backdooring too. I’ve been to the other shoe stores in the mall and their customer service was horrible. Every time I come to this Jimmy Jazz it’s always good vibes, good music and good customer service. Even with them not having everything they definitely do a good job with making the best of it!”
“First time there, guy at the counter had a microphone and was announcing the sales every few minutes between songs kind of like a DJ, which was surprisingly helpful, I ended up getting two pairs of sandals instead of one. Also I got to spin a wheel, so it really was like a carnival.”
