Sam's Club is still a good value if you do your homework. You have to compare prices and quantity all the time as BJs can be cheaper using their coupons. Quantities differ from BJs and Costco even though the package looks the same. Do your per unit cost comparison!
e.g. the Kleenex ultra soft comes in the same quantity of boxes BUT the amount of tissues in each box is different between the stores. You have to calculate the unit cost per tissue (not box count) to find the correct deal. For this product Dams has 72 per box, BJs has 60 per box and Costco 1,020 per box. Today Sam's had the better deal. With BJs having a $3 coupon (happens about once a month), then that is cheaper by .02cents per tissue. All will say $.02 per tissue because they all round to the nearest cent but it does add up. It also depends on how often you run out and have to repurchase.
Now if you really want to save, you switch to the old style flat boxes and the price is cut almost in half and you get more per box as well. Today's BJs cost would be $.0114 per tissue in the flat boxes vs $.0208 per tissue in the cube box. The tissues are the exact same play and size.

I love shopping at the Sam’s, but was very disappointed yesterday when I saw a couple with two dogs inside the shopping cart walking around the store. I don’t want animals near my food and I don’t want to put my food in a cart that has been used by an animal, I think this should not be allowed. My understand dogs for the blind or handicap being allowed, but these are well mannered dogs, and they do not sit in carts.

Don’t accept digital forms. Interesting concept because whole world is going digital and now you guys need printed copies. Few months ago in the same year one employee accepted it and I purchased items as well. Now they are saying I don’t have certificate on file. Educate your employees .

Do you need milk? EXPENSIVE! Target and Publix have 1 gallon milk CHEAPER! Target also has $0 delivery, so why is money-hungry Sam's Club charging $8.00? Same with Publix. You are paying $100 for MORE EXPENSIVE items with MORE EXPENSIVE delivery!

Sam's Club is starting not to be worth it anymore. The membership is way too high. The product is too expensive to buy in bulk

Everything you need from milk, eggs, outdoor and car tires. It's a one stop shop. When you go there the parking lot might look busy, but the check out lines are really short. If your hungry, check out the cafe.

Watch out for the scammers at this sams club tire dept.i went last Wednesday night about 6pm.i had a nail in my tire. I purchased the tires from Sam's. After 10 mins they called and said the tire was not repairable, the nail was in the sidewall. I didn't think it was, I saw it in the tread, but I didn't question. I walked back over to the dept and said, ok the tires are not that old, so I should be able to purchase a replacement at a pro-rated price. I didn't have my papers with me at the time, but they have all the info on the account. He told me the tires were over 3 years old, and that I have driven on them way too many miles. I asked for my keys and left. I went home and found the paperwork from the purchase of the tires. I purchased them on 3-11-2022. (That's 2 years and 2 months). The milage on the car when I purchased the tires was 35,900, the milage on the car when I went in with the nail 60,600 (that's just under 25,000). They thought they were going to scam me into purchasing new tires. I took the car to another sams. The nail was not in the sidewall and the tire was repaired at no cost.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service I received from this woman. She was SO rude and unprofessional. I visit this Club OFTEN and have not had a single bad experience until now. I am disappointed that Sam’s would hire such tasteless employees. Wow.

I called today at 12:33. I asked to speak to a manager. They told me a manager wasn’t on site right now and could not be found. I called back to customer service. The lady would not even answer the phone at all. She kept putting me on hold. I tried three times just leaving this on this review . Now take the situation to Twitter and then yelp. Thank you.
