This pharmacy cares very little for patients. The process for delivering and processing prescriptions is highly flawed and slow. They have multiple excuses for their incompetence. Unfortunately, my insurance company mandates using them and that is my only reason for continuing to use them. If you have the opportunity to use another pharmacy, I highly suggest you do so. Do not use this pharmacy. They are horrible.

They have been my medicine provider for a few years now. Recently I had a new medication added to the list I need to take and a rep from RX called me to suggest how to get the 90 day prescription from the cost of $1,2k down to $10 instead. Super helpful!

They love to play the run around game and really don't care about the patient. I have had multiple issues but today I called about the fact that a drug they sent has something I'm allergic to in it while the CVS version does not. They literally told me they use multiple manufacturers and I may get the same one as last time (that I can't use ) or I may get a different one and they would not guarantee I wouldn't get the same manufacturer as before so I could either take it or pay out of pocket. Call took 45 minutes of me getting run around and 4 different people just reading off a script (yet also giving different answers as to why they wouldn't do it ) and repeating the same things over and over. They don't care about the patients at all and know we are forced to use them.

This pharmacy just placed my full name on a FedEx package that disclosed what place I go for service and what Doctor I see! That is a HIPAA violation! And that’s the last straw with this idiotic hospital!I have filed a HIPAA complaint, and I will be speaking to an attorney. I’ve had enough of this hospital and its affiliates. Advent Health has violated my patient rights for the last time!This is why Advent Health Pharmacy has 1.5 stars. There is just no safe place for me or any of the other people complaining about this place! And it’s business as usual at this place while Advent continues dangerous practices. Shame on Advent! Shame for making people feel terrified to go there for help! I have a condition and Advent does nothing to help!

It has taken 6 weeks to get my Rx filled. My PCP has den over 3 different times. Staff is not helpful. Chronic health conditions can be greatly affected by this type of service.

RX plus pharmacy does not even deserve the required 1 star rating. I have never been more frustrated or embarrassed for a company. They have terrible customer service and are totally incompetent. We are supposed to be set up for 90 day automatic refill but I’m still making so many calls every 90 days for each med to be refilled. Inevitably, we have to pay out of pocket to have a short term supply called in to our local pharmacy to cover because it takes so long for them to fill a script. I really wish AdventHealth gave a better option for maintenance scripts. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Advent Health needs to drop this pharmacy out of the employee Healthcare plan. I have a psychiatric medication that causes severe withdrawals if suddenly stopped. Had 2 weeks of medication left and heard nothing from them so I called. They told me the Dr sent it to the Walgreens so they would transfer it back to them no problem and it would be expedited. That was a week ago. No communication and nothing in the mailbox. I call back and they now tell me the walgreens did not have the prescription and the only one they had was from yesterday that takes 2 weeks to process. Obvious this is a lie because they could see it was sent to the Walgreens last time. I am now having to wait for a manager to return a call after waiting 23 minutes on the phone. I don't have time to waste! This is not "whole health" this is nothing but stress and anxiety having to fight to get a psychiatric medication in on time!

I would give it a 0 if I could! This pharmacy is a shame! Denies every good brand of medication and get you a mediocre one that is in the same type or generic. It's a shame that Adevent Health employees has to get them for their prescription meds refill! Did I mention they are the slowest to process too! The list goes on! As I have said I would have given it a zero, nada, zilch if I could but the star rating has to be filled out!

I find the website useful for information but for questions I always call. They are very nice on the phone and most of the time they’re able to answer my questions and direct me correctly. Sometimes I have gotten different answers depending on who I spoke to about having to use my local pharmacy versus the mail in pharmacy but for the most part the customer service has been great. I personally prefer to use a local pharmacy because I can get my medication the same day most of the time. But our insurance requires us to use the mail in Pharmacy and I have had good experiences. The prices for 90 day supply almost make up for the 7-10 days it takes to receive an order!

This has got to be the worst Pharmacy. If you have routine long-term meds that have to be delivered on time to be taken without missing doses, good luck! It doesn't matter if its insulin blood pressure or any other lifesaving medication that's time sensitive. They don't care. They won't allow you to renew your prescription earlier than 30 days which ensures your monthly delivery will be at least 10 days past your last meds. This is unacceptable on every level, and they should be shut down for running a business so poorly. How can you tell a patient they have to wait a full 30 days until they will start to "process" your refill, knowing their process takes 10 days?!! This is detrimental to the patient's safety and care.

stuck using this pharmacy because insurance is making me. have received none of my meds except my insulin thankfully, but all my other meds are just in perpetual limbo. i've had like 5 different people call to confirm my order, and each time i've told them i do NOT need this medication or supplies because I have enough / they are emergency back ups and I don't need new ones / i'm not taking them anymore. i finally got a shipment after being on this pharmacy for a month and thought it was my other meds, but it was 6 boxes of insulin pen needles that i told 3 different people that i do NOT need. I do not use insulin pens anymore and I already have some as backup. Now i have like 600 needles I won't be using. I also did not approve the charge and told them do not send me any and guess what I got still, 600 pen needles, charged to my account. spent money on something i didnt want and won't use, and told them just as much but someone thought it'd be funny to send me them anyway? They never answer their phone and they never are able to get my prescriptions from my old (preferred) pharmacy or doctors. this pharmacy isn't even in the system that my doctors use, so it's extra difficult. save yourself from this joke of a company and get your meds elsewhere if you can. seems like i'm stuck here, but I honestly just might pay more for my meds if it means I don't have to wait around and put my health at risk because everyone here is twiddling their thumbs all day.

Medications are never filled on time. When I call, the rep always says that the request has been faxed over to my doctor's office, which is not true. I call my doctor's office and they say that no request or fax was received. Once I even watched my doctor send over the refill electronically and days later, Rx plus still said nothing was received.Phone wait times are atrocious. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. I filed a complaint with Florida Consumer Affairs and encourage everyone experiencing issues do the same. You can Google search them.

My medication was supposed to be on auto ship but when I didn’t receive my refill I had to call to find out it wasn’t on auto ship anymore. The customer service rep said she would put in the order but I still didn’t receive my medication so after 2 weeks I called again, they said the order had never been put in. I am still waiting for the medication, at this point it’s been over 3 weeks and it’s a medication you’re not supposed to stop…. If I wasn’t forced to use RX plus I definitely wouldn’t. Horrible!!!

Never again will i use this pharmacy. You are unable to get prescriptions in a timely manner. Shame on Advent Health for forcing employees to use this system. Corporate greed at its finest! Id rather pay full price at a real pharmacy and pick up my meds!
