I'm happy to see that my neighborhood ACE already has close to 5 stars - they deserve it. Store is always clean and well stocked. The owner, Tom, and his employees are just all around good people. Even the last few shopping hours before a major hurricane came through (when you anticipate nothing but chaos), everyone there was kind and professional AND they had exactly what we needed. Also, they often surprise me with everything they carry in store. So much more convenient than driving to the Lake Mary Home Depot!

Nice people. Nice store. Do not shop here for propane. I went to top off my propane tank before the incoming storm and was told I would be charged the full amount for 40lbs of propane regardless of how much they actually put in the tank. Tractor supply down the street only charges you for what they actually fill.

Ace Hardware is fast becoming my favorite hardware store. I almost never go to home depot or Lowe's anymore. Every is hardware i've been to.The staff is super friendly and eager to help and knowledgeable about everything. Some ace hardware are bigger than others but that doesn't exclude the fact that a service I get there is exceptional

This Ace location has atrocious customer service. The manager can’t take 5 minutes out of their day to let us know why a grill we spent thousands on has been pushed back on delivery twice. Don’t sell items and promise delivery dates if you cannot fill the order. I will not be changing my work schedule for a THIRD week to be home for a delivery that will never come. We will shop elsewhere as you do not deserve the business of this community because you have no respect for our time. You have lost my family as a customer permanently.

As soon as I walked in, the cashier asked me what I needed and called an associate to the area where the item was, to make sure I found the right fit. The associate made quick work of finding exactly what I needed, and I was in and out in less time than it usually takes me to cross the parking lot at other big home improvement stores. Thanks for making that task as easy (and pleasant) as it could be!

Sadly, I have come into this Ace and the employees stand around and talk to each other even though I have question’s. The front cashier even called them on the intercom stating I needed assistance with keys and they still did not help. I ended up going to Home Depot which is much further for me.

I had come in earlier in the week to get a spare house key made. It was super fast and I was in and out. The only problem was when I got home, the spare wouldn’t turn in the lock. I live right nearby so I headed back and they apologized for the error and promised to make it right. Another employee put the key through the machine again, I went home, and same result- it didn’t work. Back a third time, Joy at the register figured out the problem- the wrong type of blank key had been cut. They were out of stock of the right blank that I needed but let me know the shipment with this inventory would arrive Saturday (today). I’m pleased to report the key they cut for me today works. It was frustrating but they did everything to make it right and I really appreciate that. Thank you to Andrea and the store manager on duty today and all the other employees I interacted with for being friendly, helpful, and willing to resolve my spare key situation.

Went in there on Sunday to buy some grass seed brought the grass seed up to the register. They had the wrong price when they put the grass seed don’t give it to you for that price. Tell you too bad last time. I ever shop there
