**Terrible Customer Service Experience**
I recently had a very disappointing experience at when I attempted to return an item. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, but after trying them on at home, she found them uncomfortable and they hurt her feet. I went back to the store with the receipt and the label, expecting a straightforward return process.
To my surprise, the associate I dealt with refused to process the return, claiming the shoes were worn. This was not true; my daughter only tried them on at home. The situation escalated when the manager [ her name is Sophia] got involved. Not only did she uphold the refusal, but she was also extremely rude and dismissive. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, rolled her eyes, and even laughed at me along with the associate. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
Even my 7-year-old daughter asked me, "Why did that lady twirl her eyes at you like that?" Additionally, my child held the shoes and said, "Where is that footprint and dirt they are talking about?" This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should never be witnessed by a child.
I left the store feeling frustrated and upset, especially since I had made several purchases just today and two days prior. I had hoped for a simple return and a courteous interaction, but instead, I was met with sarcasm and a lack of basic customer service.
As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed with this experience. I urge [Ross store ] to train their staff better and to handle customer concerns with the respect and attention they deserve. I am not happy or satisfied with how this situation was handled and am reconsidering future purchases from this store.

They have one women’s toilet that is working. An employee sat in there for 20 minutes speaking on the phone in Spanish. Kind of rude. You could see her walking around in toilet room she could have just talked on the phone in Spanish outside of the toilet area.
Update discovered it was the store manager using the one restroom for her personal calls.
