John is the man ! Mt girlfriend and I were researching shops and vapes going from store to store. She's has 2 Smok devices that failed her miserably so we were looking for some in-depth feedback and experience. We walked into Pure X, asked John 2 questions and knew this the person we'd been looking for, Patient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely insightful. We weren't planning to buy for at least another week, but after talking to John, there was no need to look further or wait any longer. Wherever John is, we will go !
