“We have communicated with you and designer has sent over several proofs for approval - no order has been made for the ice-cream Cup or deposit made. the design, fees county, contractor was $3500.00 not $4000. We have also advised to set up appt and come meet with us; we have done work in the past for you and worked very well on your Car topper we manufactured. With this said and, in several messages, we want to work with you as we did before, we did send designs that were worked up to you for approval. We do many props for outdoors and never have had any issues with approvals with city. Thank You”
