They were recommended by a friend and I've been taking my van ever since. They always respond super quickly and give me detailed explanations about what the problem is, along with immediate estimates. They never try to oversell me or make me fix things that aren't needed right away. One time they found $100 that had fallen through my glove box into whatever is behind it and returned it to me. Honest and fast team with quality work. Definitely recommend these guys.

Olympic Auto is the ONLY business I trust to work on my car. Aaron (the owner) knows cars. He is very knowledgeable, professional and so reasonable and just an all around great guy. He never overcharges like some other businesses, sometimes I felt like he wasn't charging enough. He always explains things so simply and never talks over your head. Oftentimes he'll even write down the part numbers for what you need so you can buy them online cheaper and he'll put them on for you, only charging labor. Sweet!!I can't say enough about Olympic, Aaron is top notch and his crew of mechanics are just as nice as he is. I recently moved out of state so I miss them. Finding a reliable and reasonable mechanic is not an easy task. Keep up the good work Aaron and I pray that the Lord continues to bless you and your business abundantly.

I was quoted nearly $500 for a power steering pump replacement by a peppy boy from a large retailer. I got a 2md opinion from Olympic who quoted me $120 less for the same job. After Aaron did his own assessment, it turns out the p/s pump DIDN'T need replaced and it was just a busted O-ring. My out of pocket was only $56. He didn't nickel and dime me for every service. For example, the large retailer wanted to charge $57 for a p/s flush and even more for fluid replacement. Olympic charged $5 for the fluid. There were no metal shavings in the fluid as I was told by the large retailer. Olympic has earned my trust. The large retailer put on a high pressure sales tactic, trying to scare us that we shouldn't be driving the car. I highly recommend Olympic.

I held my review for after multiple visits and services complete by the techs at Olympic.Every time I visited they were always kind and open to hearing me out. Each repair they gave me details on what was needed and quoted me on price. They are always busy and packed and have been a family run business since opening many years ago.If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic look no further. I would say if you are looking for a fast and cheap mechanic look elsewhere. They do great work and they stand behind that works but great work takes time.

I was very impressed with this dealership. You never know what to expect from a used car dealer. Jim was extremely helpful and gave me all the space I wanted to look around and even test drove 4 different trucks while there. I originally came to the dealer to look st one truck and left with and entirely different one more suited to me and my personality. Jim was awesome and the dealership stocks excellent choices in my opinion.

Premier Import Auto Repair is a thorough, trustworthy, professional, and price competitive auto repair facility. The shop was able to address some of my custom requests and enhancements with high quality installation, and also provided advice and recommendations when applicable. In addition, the shop was able to assess and diagnose an ongoing issue with my high beam indicator light, and thoroughly solved the problem. I had Premier Import Auto Repair install led headlights, under mount led multi color lighting, led light rear badge, led lights for car interior and exterior, and some additional custom performance and cosmetic enhancements. This shop is awesome!!

I've been taking my Lexus to Premier Import Auto for 9+ years. They're a family-run business. Jude and his wife Stephanie are as honest and hard-working as they come. I've referred them to many of my friends, family amd co-workers. Jude is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. If you've been looking for the best mechanic in the business... you've found him. Cannot say enough good things about this small business.
