My wife and I bought a mini van from Jean TeFouet (JT) yesterday and our experience was excellent! JT worked with us to hit our payment goal with an interest rate I can live with and he also got us the trade in value we wanted! Overall he truly made us feel like clients and not just a commission check. Not to mention the van is awesome and was 6-7 thousand under KBB. We will definitely be back to wherever JT works for our next purchase. Ask for JT!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I saw a car advertised for $14.5K+$800 in fees, called to verify they tell me yes, I make an appointment and drive 96 miles to see it. Great attention, the car was exactly as described, and we sit down to see the price, $25k. No problem, I know this happens, I tell them "I will pay for the advertised price, the advertised fees and the legal taxes, and then we can discuss warranty". After several times they wanted $980 for work done to get it ready for sale, 2x the fees, 2x the legal taxes and a $999 protection of the LCD screen. The explanation of the sales manager "I got 50 people buying it for this price, is the lowest price in the country try". He politely let me go, but before I left I repeated "You do understand I am willing to pay the advertised price and fees, right?", he just turned around and walked away. Real honest business...
By the way, if you go there, look for Sam, great salesman. Avoid Nick, the sales manager, and keep your wallet away from him.
UPDATE: They contacted, told me the car was defective, they had to repair it. I said I would wait. They kept telling if I wanted another, I said no. 2 week later they stopped. 2 months after they told the BBB thay they sold the car to somebody else the same day because I did not want to buy it.
They went from scammy to absolutely illegal. Avoid at all costs...

JT was very good with me. He understood EVs and understood my situation and worked with me to make this deal work. The car buying world has changed, and the fees are frustrating, but in the end it all balances out to what the fair price of the car would be. JT did great tho!

I inquired about a vehicle about a couple of weeks ago, a TRX 2022 they have in stock. Over the last couole of weeks the price has dropped from 70K to a listing price of 67K. I had multiple salesperson but when reply back no answer after that. I had one person reached out and we were able to discuss numbers until he decided to tell me that between dealer fees and an additional cost for ceramic coating for inside and out there was an additional $11K in cost for a total of $78K. I am not saying that this particular salespersob is a direct representation of how the dealer does business but he is definitely trying to scam people into spending more. Just becareful and read the fine prints. Ceramic coating doesnt cost 11k. Research all this costs before letting them rip you off.
