I purchased a battery and did not have my original receipt. It was a two-year warranty and I was in within that and received no credit. I produced my bank statement and would not give me a credit. I will go to Walmart or other auto stores where they could look it up by your phone number. NAPA does not!

Decent store for auto parts and some home related tools. Customer service could be better. I just wanted to ask if they had a certain product available in the store, and had to wait for quite a while to get someone to help me. There were at least 3-4 others behind me waiting to get someone to help. Otherwise they have a good selection of things and if they don't have it in store, they can get it for you to pick up from the store within the next 1-2 days. You can also order things online with fast free shipping if your order is over a certain amount.

So this Napa the manager's Stewie is a total a******. He lies when I started working there he told me that in 90 days they would get a raise. After my 90 days what's up he waited a month and a 1/2 before telling me that I was not going to get a raise because I messed up and delivered the parts to a wrong place. He used that as an excuse he treats his customers like s*** . As well as As employees. They have parts sitting on the back shelves for some of their regular customers as in lane, brockman and B and G deal 1st 3 that come to mind and they have parts back there that he won't let us take to them but they've already been paid for and signed for. He's a grumpy m*********** that stands there all day playing on his phone and his rude to his customers as well as his employees I would never work for that place again and I would not suggest anyone work for him at all.

So I had left a decent review for this Napa Auto parts, but please be careful buying this locationor business. I say this because I had gone there to purchase some spark plugs to my Honda Odyssey that showed they had in stock. When I arrive Daniel at the counter said the NKG that I wanted were not available? So I asked him why would show available on the website for there location? He replied there must be an error in the system. So I had ask if there was something similar to the NKG the van calls for and replied autolite uranium spark plug works just the same? I So decided to try them to later find out when I arrive to my mechanic house an hour away from where I live and he had already done half of the work taking off the spark plug because they are very hard to get to that they are the WRONG one and won't fit!!!!! And then he asked me why did I buy autolite and not the NKG the van calls for and advise him that the counter person said they are basically the same thing? He started to laugh and stated to stay away from the parts store because they clearly don't know what they are doing!!! So I went back to Napa to return parts and happen to run into Daniel again. I explained the situation and frustration I went through and his replied HUH with no apologies for the mess that he had caused!!! Mind you that gas is $4.50 a gallon and drove and hour away to get some much needed work to my car. Just terrible stay away from Daniel as he needs much training on being a parts counter person and also need a lesson on being apologetic when he obviously screws something up.
