Customer service was decent. The work was horrible. It must be their products because I’ve never had the whole design lift up off my nail before I’m only a week in. The pedicure was trash. I felt like the lady was playing with my feet rather than putting in work. They don’t listen to what you want …..if you do go here request Monica personally other than that don’t waste your time

do not ever go to this ghetto nail salon. I've been going to Monica's for over five years. I got a full set done on my birthday April 12 before the next Friday I have lost half the set. They just broke off with no resistance. I came in for them to fix it after fixing it. They tried to charge me $50 $10 less than the price of the full set less than a week ago, when I refused the cops after speaking with the cops, they talked them down to $25. I've never had a set of nails last me less than a week. Do not go here.

Not one customer in the salon this was already a red flag to me…. The customer service was horrible lady who greeted me was very apathetic after letting her know I was looking to get a pedicure she sarcastically responded that the person who does pedicures is one vacation… you would think that a place that has no customers what so ever would try to get some business but this was not the case glad my money was not spent here good luck with the empty salon I do not recommend

I went to get a gel Peicure done by Jennifer when I first entered the nail shop Monica ask what did I need I stated a pedicure she said it would be a 30-45 minute wait ok no problem I sit down for about 20 minutes Monica walk up to me a say I'm to big(FAT) to get a pedicure? I'm lost I have had over 6 pedicures done by Jennifer before and I'm the same size I was then? I'm 275 I'm not sure what's going on but if you BIG "FAT" you can't get service at Monicas?♀️ thank God my confidence is 100 cause if it wasn't SMFH I'm definitely contacting a lawyer Monday morning

The guy that did my pedicure did not do a good job I had nail polish on the side of my toes and he did not paint the whole Toenails I really did not notice it until I was under the dryer but it was too late then she says see you next month I don’t think so

Best Nail place in Sanford area.Lee & Monica are amazing. My daughter & I come for nails & pedicure. Lee did my nails and made my birthday nails over the top and beautiful. The lady that did my daughter frensh pedicure she's also down to earth. Best customer service and pleasant environment.
