The people up front when I pay are to pushy for me to buy a better car wash when I only have enough for the car wash I said I wanted. They always piss me off. They don’t know how to accept what I say the first time. That really pisses me off and ruins my car wash!

Not bad, friendly people, but disappointing. $22 for a very quick wash. The others in the area I've used provide better drying, microfiber towels, window cleaner, and some - a high pressure air hose to blow off dash, etc. at about $18. I give it below average stars because I think it's a below average value.

I am a member, first time at this location. The carwash tunnel looks run down. Needs to be cleaned and updated. Disappointed with the self vacuum cleaner suction. Not enough suction for the carpet.

This location is the closest to my house and it disappoints me that they constantly have parts broken. One part during the car wash has not worked for months.

I like it here, I come here after work sometimes. I’ve only been twice, but both times my car came out clean and nice. No bugs or pollen. I love the smell of the soap too. I just wish there were more vacuum spots. The one time I was going to vacuum, there were none available. Unless there are some I didn’t notice? :)

I didn't realize before coming here that they only have like seven vacuums maybe eight. There was a long wait for them. There was no way to park while waiting. I came on a Monday morning. My car needed a vacuum badly. So I had no choice but to wait. But lesson learned. I will definitely go to a different location next time. I really don't prefer Mister car Wash. There were no towels to clean the windows. Like I've seen at other car washes.

We had a monthly subscription but had to cancel due to our vehicle being in a wreck.
They could have refunded the monthly payment for March but didn’t so be aware if you ever have to cancel be sure to call before they bill you

Joined 2. The one in lake Mary has no VACUUMS.The one in Sanford has 5.. Not very helpful. I'll find a different place and pay them 20.00 a month
