I went to this store to get my phone activated! 3 times each time he gave me a reason he couldn't do it even after I.paud the activation fee and sims card. Until finally I brought him a new unlock phone and he still says he is having issues but for more money it would be no problem! I.am calling to report thus store because I asked him 3 times was he sure my phone was compatible with metro. Network he assured me it was. Before I paid him them he ripped me off

Great place! Awesome customer service and deals! I went in with an iPhone 7 and came out with an iPhone 11!!!!!! Great payments options, and phone protection options as well. They didn’t have the phone I wanted at the store and an employee drove to get it from another store for my purchase. Just great! Thank you guys so much! I appreciate your care.

Went in for a temporary SIM card while traveling but was enrolled for a monthly plan and was added additional charges without my consent - i was initially told it was just the cost of the SIM card itself. Then called customer service and was given a refund case but later found that the refund may have be taken out in cash as I never got any refund on my card…

Been with them for years now I spent 160.00 for phone with 25th st .store sales lady didn't tell me I couldn't get refund til after she TOOK ALSO SAID TEMPER GLASS AND CASE WAS FREE ..FOUND OUT I WAS CHARGED .THEY STOLE MY MONEY I WANT REFUND..MANAGER AND OTHER SALESGIRLS WAS VERY VERY RUDE

Terrible, terrible experience, never in my 2 decades as a T-Mobile customer have I had such an awful experience as I did at this location. 2.5 hrs to just change a plan and upgrade a phone with a trade. The guy helping me lied and told me I had a day only to sign up for apple care at 18$ a month and I couldn't sign up for apple care if I didn't do it right there... turned out to not even be apple care but the T-Mobile plan and as I suspected and even asked, apple care is available to add for 2 months after purchase. He messed up the initial order transfer stuff by putting in a wrong date and then he couldn't fix it and then had to be on hold with support to fix his mistake for 45 minutes; made me feel it was my fault in the end as my frustration grew by the second hour. Then, when trying to download the software required update on the new iPhone purchase before being able to finish the transaction, he tried to push it thru as the in store wifi wasn't working and said it was going to be another 45 minutes to download before we could finish and he ended up bricking the brand new iPhone by doing his work around and had to get a new phone set up which was a hassle and couldn't be easily resolved. I had then also bought a screen protector for the new phone which he installed on the one he bricked but then he didn't have anymore of that one but said he could not refund me the purchase price and would give me a different one... but not the one I actually wanted. He should maybe get some better training so he doesn't screw up people accounts, phones and potential loyalty to T-Mobile and also brick brand new 1200$ iPhones In the end I got my phone sorted...I think. As soon as I got outside the phone updated the software before I got home and set up the phone myself, no thanks to the awful experience I had in store. After 2.5 hours, I was made to feel like it was all my fault, I was there so long for what should be a simple and also enjoyable purchase and it just was not a good experience. The asst. manager of the store was nice though and promised to follow up with me today, 1 day after the experience to insure the return etc was processed properly.

The worst customer service ever. The manager Christan is the rudest and condescending person ever. They do shady business practices, becareful at this store. Check your receipt before leaving this store, they charge you for things that was promised to be free. The general manager won't even take your calls to resolve any issues. The owner of this store needs to clean house and hire people that's qualified to do their jobs properly.
